In the summer season, the villa also offers customers a heated swimming pool.

Our accommodation unit is ideal for 12-14 people, with 5 rooms: 3 with a double bed and 2 with a double bed and a single bed. The house has 4 bathrooms and is heated by a central boiler with underfloor heating for maximum comfort. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bar and 2 terraces. Outside, guests can enjoy wellness with sauna, hot tub and salt room, plus campfire and gazebo.

Our house was specially designed for extended families who need to spend time together, using as much of the available common space as possible. We are close enough to the center of the resort to be worth a walk (approximately 800 m), but also far enough to be protected from the noise of the crowd in the center of the resort. In winter, you can normally ski on the nearby slope, but climate change makes this sport increasingly difficult to practice.

La Vio Guesthouse

La Vio Guesthouse is located in Grozavesti and includes a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. This property includes a shared kitchen as well as a barbecue. Private parking is available on site. At this guesthouse, all rooms offer a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. The house was completely renovated with traditional and modern elements in 2024, offering great comfort and has 3 spacious rooms with 3 bathrooms with walk-in shower. The access to each room is independent. From 2025 we have the honor to offer our guests, access for a fee, separate from the accommodation rate, to the mini spa, Finnish sauna and heated Jacuzzi mini-pool with hydromassage, located outside.
