Welcome to the "Waldhaus an der Wiese" in Uelsen. On a 1000 sqm sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birch trees, pines and oaks, lies our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly tranquility in a natural environment.

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

(8-16 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the center of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, train station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upper house is more than half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The minimum booking is 8 people 2 nights. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
