(8-20 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located right in the center of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking space. You rent the entire upper house and part of the lower house with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.
