Great cottage on the water with a fantastic view of the bay and best sunset on the east coast. Sliding glass doors make it feel like your on the water when your sitting on the couch or in the kitchen. You can crab, fish, kayak, grill out and swim right off the back deck. Very peaceful and relaxing. The newly renovated island restuarant is a mile away with a bar and bascically anything you would want to eat. My father left us the house, we use all the proceeds from Airbnb to make improvements.

This tee is house was perfect for a quick getaway for my wife and I and both dogs. We liked the quietness of the area and had great walking and dining experiences. If you want to get out of town and experience the quiet Virginia countryside, this is a great place to stay and Brent was awesome.

We had a lovely stay at the Carriage House - Charlie and Susan (& Mariah the dog) were very kind and hospitable- the house was great, well equipped kitchen, nice full bathrooms on both levels. The teenagers we had with us really enjoyed the open top floor and the poker table and pool table. We spent a lot of time on the dock sunning, fishing and relaxing. We loved it here!

Andy and Judi were wonderful, responsive hosts! We were travelling 2.5 hrs for a wedding and they allowed us to check in early, which was incredibly helpful. The loft was clean, charming, modern, private, and was perfect for our overnight stay. So grateful for this gem! Many folks at the wedding talked about staying at a rather unseemly hotel. Me and my family had a fantastic stay. The home was exactly as described- clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was quick and easy the entire time. The space had everything we needed, including Wi-Fi, kitchen amenities, extra towels, spacious rooms- tailor to your stay. Some of my favorite stuff was Kayaking, the porch and the dock also the view was amazing. It really made the stay feel special. I'd absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Virginia. Thanks again, Henry, for being such a great host!

Had a very peaceful and relaxing stay with my family at Rivah Mojo! This house perfectly accommodated my elderly grandmother and provided everything we needed from toiletries to kitchen gear. We especially enjoyed spending time on the screened-in porch and appreciating the beautiful landscape & wildlife. With the waterfront access and variety of outdoor activities, this destination would be ideal for just about anyone!
