The dune house is located in northern Thy near Bulbjerg, just 2 ½ km from the North Sea. The plot is 10,400 m2 in lovely raw nature with great distance to neighbors. The perfect setting for peace and relaxation. The cottage is bright and has a good view. Dogs welcome. In a new annex, there are two single beds, but no toilet. Shelter is built into the annex. The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

Cozy holiday apartment on the 1st floor in beautiful, older villa. The apartment contains two rooms, living room with access to small balcony, as well as its own kitchen and bathroom. There is room for 4 people - plus any extra bed on a good sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen contains stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, cooking pot – and of course various gear and dishes. Access to the washer/dryer can be arranged in the basement of the house. Entrance through the hallway of the house, but in addition it is a separate apartment.

The apartment is 55 m2 in size and contains a large living room, with sofa bed, a bright kitchen in a separate niche, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. From the apartment, there is a beautiful view of the fjord and only 200 meters to a "private beach. It is possible to rent a double and a single kayak - or even bring your own. The entire apartment was newly built in 2019, with underfloor heating in all rooms.

You will be staying on one of the nicest streets in Klitmøller, right by the beach and dunes. The house is perfectly located within walking distance along the beach to several of the good surf spots/reefs, just as shopping and the dune plantations are close by. The house can be used both for vacation and for a work stay. There is plenty of space inside as well as outside, where surfboards, bicycles, golf equipment, etc. can easily be stored. The house works perfectly for one or more families or friends on a trip.

It’s located in a holiday area, so you’ll most likely have a few neighbors around - but don’t worry, the ground is big, so you’ll have plenty of space to kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet.
