Rustic, cozy one-room apartment down a long lane on the Conewago river. The apartment is attached to the house but has its own entrance without going through the main house. Private bathroom and shower included. PLEASE NOTE: There are several steps in the cabin going down into the kitchen, up into the living room, and down into the bedroom nook. The floor of the bathroom is not completely even. This cabin may not be suitable for senior citizens or those who have problems with mobility.

Triple F Farms was an amazing stay for my wedding weekend. We were able to host the wedding party here for a cozy and relaxing weekend. Michael is super responsive and friendly. Anything that came up he always answered immediately. The house is cozy and was a hit! Our dogs loved it too!!

What a wonderful place! I was in the area to attend a dog show and Crystal's place was perfect. Wonderful quiet area, the unit was clean and well equipped and Crystal was responsive and easy to communicate with. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Sarah's place was exactly as described. The outside was beautifully landscaped. I love flowers and gardening so the outside was right up my alley. The room itself was clean and easily accessible in their home. The bed was very comfortable and my daughter said the futon was really nice and comfy to sleep on. The bathroom was huge and the shower was very spacious. We would definitely stay again.

The room features a wooden floor and green walls, creating a vibrant atmosphere. A ceiling fan hangs above, offering air circulation. Two closets with white doors provide storage space. Natural light floods in through glass doors, illuminating a soft area rug near a neatly made bed.

We we needed some R&R and The Loft was perfect! The Loft is private and quiet; surrounded beautiful trees, lots of birds chirping and a Momma Turkey strolled by one morning. After living in an apartment for 10 long months…this is exactly what we needed as we wait to move into our new home! Thank you Cathy!

Great experience! Apartment is very convenient for one person. Shelly gave very clear instructions for check in and was available 24/7 for assistance.

This was by far our favorite vacation rental. Michael was extremely responsive and considerate. He thought of everything we would need to make it a comfortable stay. The house was beautiful and the perfect amount of space for our family of five. It is located in a gorgeous and peaceful area. Restaurants and grocery stores are within 15 minutes of the cabin. Sitting outside listening to the sounds of nature and the nearby creek were thoroughly enjoyed. We were sad to leave and look forward to many more stays in the future.
