You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Come stay in our renovated school house! This guest suite has great history. It has a spacious room with private entrance and private bathroom. Original wood floors, ornate copper ceilings, private driveway and private deck. Minutes from great hiking, waterfalls, lakes and ponds, and gorgeous scenic views. I have a 5 star cleanliness rating and can ensure that every surface is thoroughly sanitized between guests.

My place is close to three major ski areas including Sunday River in Bethel. Grafton Notch state park is only 15 miles away and the Appalachian trail passes through Andover in two locations. There are trails for hiking, biking, ATV, snowmobile or horseback riding. There are places to fish, swim, canoe or kayak all within a short drive. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness.
