I loved staying at this airbnb. Old quarter is a little on the old side but the place we stayed at was clean and had amenities like towels, a hair dryer, cooking utensils and they also have tissues stored. They had a bidet and hot water. It's not a 5 star hotel but if you're looking for a place that's clean, comfortable and a location that's near to everything but not so close to the bustle in old quarter then this is perfect. Hosts are also really nice and very responsive which I appreciated. I would def recommend staying here just as long as you're not super sensitive to noise as sometimes kids play outside and you can hear them but other than that it was pretty calm and we loved our stay.

Van is an amazing host. She arranged a taxi for me at an excellent price and greeted me when i arrived to show me my room. Van also gave me many great recommendations for activities and restaurants. She was very kind & responsive with any questions that i had and would bring me lovely gifts such as food & drinks. I would highly recommend staying at her property it was a relaxing, private and clean experience. I will definitely be staying here again & recommend the same for others.

The home stay was great . The stair could be cleaner . Also since the place is next to beer street there will be loud music till 3 am . If you are ok then it’s a great place to stay . We did not mind it . The place is walkable to most of the attraction places . The hole was spacious and nice !

Kim's place match the description, great stay pros - everything is so functional you will feel spoiled how good things work inside apartment advise for future growth - mattress could improve. balcony is small so it's pointless keeping a big plant outside it reduces the size even further other than these which were also great by the way everything stood perfect

We loved the place! great location right in the old quarter, in a back narrow street that takes you out of the noisy day and night life. Spotless room and building including the laundry/terrace and kitchen. Clear instructions about checkin/checkout, general rules and good practices. Clear and fast response from the host. Overall, an excellent and outstanding place comparing with two other hotels we tried in Hanoi months ago, for higher prices... This place deserves every star and a special appreciation to the house keeper, who does an excellent and outstanding job. We are thankful and glad we have found this place to end our long trip in Vietnam, cherry on the top!

Loved our stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and in such a great location…right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. You really get the best of both worlds: the local charm and easy access to all the tourist spots. 😍😍😍 Big shoutout to the hosts… they were super friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. 🥰 Only thing to note: the stairs are steep, so going up and down with luggage was a bit of a workout 😂 Not a big deal for us, but might be a little tough for seniors or anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Hanoi like a local!😍🇻🇳

The location of this accommodation was in the heart of the old quarter above a restaurant which we found is quite common in Hanoi. Being in the heart of the old quarter meant lots of restaurants, things to do, and nightlife. But that also meant loud nights, so it depends on your preference. The accommodation was extremely spacious and comfortable. Two queen beds in one bedroom, a king bed in the other, each with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and sitting area was separate with a great view of the nightlife. The space looked pretty much like the photos. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The check in process was not “self check in” and a little complicated, but Khánh, the person we dealt with, was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. We communicated over what’s-app rather than the Airbnb app. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and loved the desserts at the restaurant below the accommodation. Thank you, Khánh!

A very central location to all the hot spots in the Old Quarter! The team are extremely responsive and very helpful. Check in was a breeze and the place was very private and homey. I would definitely stay here again when i return to Hanoi. It’s walkable distance to almost everything you need!
