I loved staying at this airbnb. Old quarter is a little on the old side but the place we stayed at was clean and had amenities like towels, a hair dryer, cooking utensils and they also have tissues stored. They had a bidet and hot water. It's not a 5 star hotel but if you're looking for a place that's clean, comfortable and a location that's near to everything but not so close to the bustle in old quarter then this is perfect. Hosts are also really nice and very responsive which I appreciated. I would def recommend staying here just as long as you're not super sensitive to noise as sometimes kids play outside and you can hear them but other than that it was pretty calm and we loved our stay.

Bồn tắm trên ban công chắc chắn là điểm nhấn, rất tuyệt vời khi bạn ngâm mình vào buổi tối, chúng tôi rất thích. Bạn có thể đi bộ đến bất cứ đâu gần phố cổ. Chủ nhà cực kỳ dễ thương và thân thiện. Sẵn sàng mọi thông tin cần thiết và hỗ trợ khi mình ở đây. Nhà ở ngay khu vực trung tâm, gần chợ Đồng Xuân và bến xe bus Long Biên nên rất tiện đi lại. Nhà nhỏ xinh xắn, sạch sẽ, thoáng mát và đầy đủ tiện nghi, mình rất thích. Phòng có bancol xinh để chụp hình sống ảo rất đẹp. Lần sau trở lại Hà Nội nhất định sẽ lại ở đây.

The host was really nice, accommodating, and responsive. The place was clean and located right in the Old Quarter. Lots of great restaurants near by. If you need to schedule car services for pickup/drop off from or to the airport, the host can help you set it up. The drivers that I had were really nice and friendly as well. Overall, I had a great stay and highly recommend this place.

Bardzo komunikatywny gospodarz. Wysłał bardzo jasne instrukcje jak dostać się do apartamentu - a samo zameldowanie i wymeldowanie było bez kontaktu osobistego (klucz był w skrytce). Dodatkowo gospodarz pozwolił nam na wcześniejsze pozostawienie w budynku bagaży, co bardzo nam pomogło w planie dnia. Mieszkanie znajduje się w fajnej okolicy, blisko glosnego centrum ale w cichszej alejce z mini targiem warzywnym dla lokalsów. Mieszkanie bardzo ładne i przestronne. Dobrze się czuliśmy w tych kolorach. Fajnie że był też duży telewizor. Łazienka lekko pachniała wilgocią i widać było zużycie, ale raczej jest to typowe dla Azji. Plus taki, że prysznic był bez brodzika a sama łazienka była przestrzenna. Widoczne na zdjęciach okno jest tylko na świetlik, w związku z tym nie ma w ogóle okna na zewnątrz budynku. Dla nas to nie był problem, gdyż wynajmowaliśmy mieszkanie na jeden dzień. Ale domyślam się że na dłuższy wynajem może być to dyskomfort.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Da sie direkt an der Beer-Street liegt, war es bis in die Nacht sehr laut, wir konnten allerdings trotzdem gut schlafen und Cindy hatte auch Ohrstöpsel bereitgelegt. Für leichte Schläfer oder Personen, die eine ruhige Lage bevorzugen, ist es wahrscheinlich nicht das Richtige. Wichtig ist ebenso zu erwähnen, dass der Treppenaufgang eng ist und man zwei Stockwerke hoch muss. Das ist allerdings auch bereits in der Beschreibung von Cindy geschildert. Davon, dass das Treppenhaus nicht besonders sauber ist und auch nicht gut riecht, darf man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. Das Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit Cindy war super, sie hat immer zügig geantwortet und war freundlich. Gegen eine extra Gebühr war ein Flughafenshuttle und ein früher Check-In möglich. Wir danken Cindy für die gute Organisation. :)

Kim's place match the description, great stay pros - everything is so functional you will feel spoiled how good things work inside apartment advise for future growth - mattress could improve. balcony is small so it's pointless keeping a big plant outside it reduces the size even further other than these which were also great by the way everything stood perfect
