We have furnished this newly renovated, centrally located and spacious apartment as if we would move in there ourselves... ;-) 4 people will find plenty of space here on almost 90 m²! Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Stylishly furnished apartment in a quiet location. Perfect for hiking in the Teutoburg Forest, or for cozy evenings on the terrace, overlooking the small garden, which is completely fenced. Ibbenbüren city center is 3 km away and within walking distance. A fully automatic coffee machine is also available. One double bedroom is available, and the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for another person. Direct parking is available right in front of the house.

You can go canoeing on the Hase, which is 7 km away.

It is located in a rural style on a horse farm near the recreational area of Lake Saller.

Unique Chalet in outdoor area (4-6 people)

Together with our Tiny house (see my other ad), our Chalet is located in a nature reserve, 5km outside Lingen. On the river Ems, where you can enjoy swimming. The chalet has 4 fixed beds, in addition it has a sofa bed so you can stay in the chalet with a total of 6 people. If you need peace and space with the animals (dogs, cats, chickens and horses) that live with us, then you have come to the right place!

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks.
