The house was built about 100 years ago, and the design was created to bring out the charm of the building's materials. By polishing and reusing the original wood and doors, We were particular about using natural building materials. A cozy place where the sunlight and shadows of morning, noon, and night, and the four seasons of Japan blend comfortably. Enjoy the space that was built with time and love. For your comfort, we've upgraded the air conditioning, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom to match the size of the room. Bathroom heating is also available. Also, by artists we respect, Fabric, greenery, garden, decorations and works, entrance hall "!!!" etc. Please find your favorite. A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!
