This "Hataba" is a DIY renovated building that was once used as a weaving factory (Hataba) in my parents' home, and is a one-of-a-kind inn.The living and dining room with beams and the calm Japanese-style room are surrounded by the quiet nature of the mountains, and are popular with group travelers and guests from overseas. The entire inn is rented out, so you won't meet other guests, and the bath, toilet, and kitchen are all private.You can enjoy a private stay to your heart's content. The host (Ken) or family lives in a separate building on the premises, and we have a system in place to provide support in case anything happens, so you can feel at ease even in a new place. Also, if the host Ken is at home, you can have a drink together and talk about the local area. ⚠️Note The surroundings are rich in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are concerned about insects, frogs, cats, etc. The interior makes use of handmade floors, and there are burrs, small holes, and cracks.Slippers are provided, but please refrain from using them if you are concerned. Although it is a private rental, please note that there are areas that are off-limits (there are also second floors and futon rooms).

The building is composed of a traditional exterior and floor plan. In addition, the theme of this inn is "photography", and there is a photo exhibition by the Japanese photographer "Katsuhiko Kimura IG @ kats_portraits". In addition, you can relax indoors while listening to the "music" selected by Mr. Kimura along with the photos.
