Det er 8 minutter i bil til sørlandsparken, som har alle de kjente dagligvarebutikkene og nordens største kjøpesenter. Det tar omtrent 5 minutter å gå ned til stranden, og med bil tar det 9 minutter til dyreparken. Det er 4 parkeringsplasser på tomten, men det er også gratis gateparkering rett over gaten.

Very nice and rich apartment, with good location close to both beach, amusement park and city. Access to everything you needed of equipment, as well as well adapted for families with access to toys, games, etc. Quick response from host, with easy check-in and check-out. Recommended! 😊

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at Beate's place. Beate was very accommodating, friendly and has a lovely personality. We felt at home and enjoyed the lovely conditions in the newly renovated basement with its terrace with a fantastic view. Everything was good and we didn't miss anything. The beds were good, kitchen and bathroom in good/new condition and cozy living room with good views. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was quiet and peaceful. We came to and from the home in Taxa from Kristiansand Station, but we also used the bus from Granittveien when we went to the Zoo. We also took some nice walks from the home down to Kiwi Hamresanden and to the beautiful surroundings at Hamresanden beach. We can clearly recommend Beate's home and hope that we can come again another time.
