Simple, older, small cabin, fully equipped. 15-minute drive to Kristiansand city center, the golf club, Dyreparken, the shopping center (Sørlandssenteret), and Aquarama (Badeland), and it is about 1.5 km from the lake (Justvik marina). The cabin is located in a peaceful area close to Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches, and a barbecue area. Great hiking areas with marked trails. Nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cabin (open until 23:00 man - Saturday).

On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, a climbing park and a new park area with playground equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The location is central with 9 minutes by car to Kjevik Airport and 13 minutes to Kristiansand city center. It takes five minutes to drive to the beach. There is a golf course in Tveit, 15 minutes by car. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop where buses run regularly. There are great hiking trails and a beautiful freshwater in the area. Here it is facilitated for swimming and outdoor life. Welcome!

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.
