Newly renovated apartment

The cozy apartment (45 square meters) was renovated in 2024 and can be reached in 5 minutes from the A45 highway connection! Located in the basement of our house, it has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (one sleeping space) with TV and daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The separate bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space for up to two adults. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. REWE is a 2-minute walk away.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Accommodation is possible for 3 people, including 2 adults. The Vulkanradweg and the Bonifatius route are in the immediate vicinity.

On 70 square meters, the bright 3-room apartment offers enough space for up to 5 people. The separate entrance to the basement is accessible from the outside via a few steps. In the fully equipped kitchen there is also a small bar table with 2 bar stools for short coffee in between. The dining table in the living room offers enough space for everyone. In the immediate vicinity, there are all the shops for everyday needs and some restaurants.

This small but nice separate apartment offers everything you need. A living room with a large bed, TV, closet, couch, workstation, Wi-Fi connection, etc. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Of course, you will get fresh towels for the bathroom whenever you ask. Washing machine is available in bathroom. Dryer and drying rooms can be used. In addition, our large garden invites you to relax or barbecue and your own parking space is at your disposal.
