The Thinker's Lodge by the Sea

This unique "Tänkarstuga" next to the Åland Sea, closest to the Swedish side, consists of a room with a panoramic window to the west overlooking the sea. Private terrace on all four sides of the building with dining area for two people, as well as sun loungers and tables for two. Large hiking areas on the nearby peninsula with its rich bird life, make it easy to believe that you are alone in the archipelago. Shared beach and jetty as well as a separate place where you can enjoy a small fire in the fire pit and maybe grill something good.

Relax with the whole family in our summer house by the sea with access to sauna, wilderness bath, beach, outdoor kitchen and bathing jetty. The house consists of kitchen and dining area, living room, bathroom and three bedrooms. There are beds for seven people and possibly an additional cot can be arranged if needed. Relax on the large terrace with adjacent relaxation lounge and listen to the waves crashing on the beach stones. Fagerudda sauna is secluded with its own beach only 500 meters from Björnhofvda Gård. From the parking lot, the beach sauna is reached via a beautiful hilly 200 m long forest path down to the sea.
