Family-friendly vacation rentals in Hamitköy

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

We spent 2,5 weeks in the Maya’s apartment. It’s lovely home-away from home place. Excellent location close to Malama beach and Kapparis restaurants. Apartment is on the second floor with direct view from balcony on community pool. There is elevator for 4 persons. Kitchen has everything you need for long stay and it’s new. Living room is connected to the kitchen and has exit to the balcony. There is table and 4 chairs there snd we had nice dinners “under the stars”. Every room is equipped with new AC, all works. This place is excellent for families with kids, our little one had lots of fun there - pool any time or beach close by. Malama beach is closest and best for kids among all near by. It’s long walk shallow with well warmed crystal clear water. Take your snorkeling set and you can enjoy some fish watching. Building has free parking but you can manage there even without car. “Metro” is very close by walk. The only thing are “blackout” curtains - they are not that lightproof.

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Ev oldukça rahat ve temizdi, hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık, mutfak araç gereçleri temiz ve oldukça yeterliydi. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgiliydi, her sorumuza hızlıca cevap verdi. İçiniz rahat bir şekilde konaklayabilirsiniz.

Det bästa air-bnb boendet hittills ( av många). Som barnfamilj kände vi oss väldigt hemma. Fanns allting vi behövde ( potta, spjälsäng, matstol, leksaker och balanscykel). Äldsta (3 åringen) cyklade på balanscykeln varje dag till stranden. Startpaketet med mat var väldigt bra, då vi var väldigt slitna efter att ha rest i 9 timmar med småbarn. Området är lugnt och autentiskt. Restauranger och matbutiker finns inom gångavstånd. Stranden, Malama beach, var väldigt rent och barnvänlig. Pratar redan om att komma tillbaka och bo här igen! 💛

Kaum zu glauben aber die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Man hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über die ganze Skyline. Die Villa ist ein perfekter Spot für den Sonnenaufgang. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber gewesen. Lediglich das Sofa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen etwas eigenartigen Geruch. Ein funktionstüchtiger Grill wäre auch schön gewesen. Dennoch empfehlen wir die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

My friend and I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Protaras and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet when you want it. The property itself is spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From the cozy living spaces to the well-maintained outdoor area, every detail has clearly been thought through with care. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. Incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout – Di went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Whether you’re visiting Protaras for a relaxing beach holiday or a bit of adventure, this place ticks all the boxes. Would definitely return and highly recommend to anyone!

Жильё находится примерно в получасе ходьбы от моря. В доме нет лифта, нужно подняться на один этаж. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, быстро решает возникающие проблемы.

Stelios was very helpful through the booking and check in process and very responsive with any questions. Close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Very easy walk into town

Ubytovanie bolo skvelé. Apartmán bol priestranný, čistý, interiér zdobili handmade dekorácie, s dvoma priestrannými spálňami a klimatizáciou v každej izbe, čo bolo v horúčavách na nezaplatenie. Bazén priamo pri objekte bol stále čistý, dobre udržiavaný a voda príjemne teplá. Pri príchode nás milo prekvapili vychladené nápoje v chladničke, čo bolo skvelé gesto po dlhej ceste. Majiteľ bol vždy ochotný, komunikatívny a pripravený pomôcť. K dispozícii je aj súkromné kryté parkovacie miesto. Najznámejšie pláže v okolí sú ľahko dostupné autom do pár minút. Celkovo veľmi príjemný pobyt plný šnorchlovania, pre nás určite jeden z najlepších.

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

Andros ist der beste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann! Seit der Buchung immer in Kontakt, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit, freundlich- ein ganz besonderer Mensch! Schön, dass ich dich kennenlernen durfte! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Andros hat mir einTaxi vom Flughafen organisiert und mich persönlich und mit Willkommensgeschenken empfangen. Danke! Ich habe 14 Tage alleine hier verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Man kann hier ohne Bedenken als Frau auch Abends alleine unterwegs sein. Der Blick von der großen Terasse auf Strand, Palmen und das Meer ist zu jeder Zeit ein Traum! Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral-die Altstadt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle, mit der man in die entfernteren Städte kommt und der Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Sie ist gemütlich und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich jetzt schon darauf!

We would definitely rent Leida's apartment again - for its location, ease of access to the beach and promenade and for the fact that it is in Larnaca which for us is the best main town on the South coast of Cyprus. Come here if you like the combination of beach/restaurants/shops mixed with traditional Greek Cyprus life. Walk out of town early on the promenade to MacKenzie Beach to the Beach Hut restaurant for Olive pie and strong coffee or vegan / greek breakfasts then rent a pair of Sunbeds on the beach for £5 Euro in front of the restaurant to relax. Or walk back into town stopping in the small marina to buy a Sea Bream straight off the boat from Michael (8 Euro - enough for 2 people) Best restaurants we visited were "Zephyros" in Mackenzie beach Marina (grilled Octopus is OMG!!) and "Maqam Al Sultan" the Lebanese restaurant on the front in Larnaca just by Larnaca castle (Vegan food so good it made us laugh). We had a lovely time - thank you Leida. What a nice place !!

we stayed at Niko's place for almost a week, a family of 5. The location was great (from our prespective), the place itself was very tidy and clean, all the facilites were top notch. Nikos was very approachable, helpful when needed and made us feel at home.

La communication avec George est parfaite, hôte réactif et attentionné. Le logement est spacieux, 2 belles chambres avec grand dressing chacune. La cuisine est au top : très bien équipée, mettant à disposition thé, café, sucre, sel ... film étirable... De plus George nous avait approvisionné gracieusement en eau, fruits, jus de fruit, pain, fromage et charcuterie ! INCROYABLE Les terrasses donnent sur la nature, elles sont grandes et équipée d'une table + chaises + barbecue et la seconde de 2 transats + table basse. Vous trouverez également un séchoir, parasol ou encore fer et table à repasser. Seul petit manque : des tables de nuit dans la chambre parentale. La place de parking est aussi présent. Nous avons testé la piscine extérieure avec transats au pourtour. Petit bémol pour le manque d'entretien de la résidence : barrière d'entrée toujours ouverte, manque de nettoyage dans la piscine extérieure. pour info : horaires piscines 8h -20h

Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely excellent location. Communication with Alex was informative and always quick to answer. we would hope to be able to use Alex place again.

Cengiz Bey’e ailecek teşekkürlerimi sunarak başlamak istiyorum. Son derece ilgili, bir sorunda/ soruda hemen cevap veren, çözüm bulmaya çalışan bir ev sahibi. Eve ilk girdiğimizde temizlik personelinden kaynaklı temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yaşadık. Cengiz Bey son derece ilgili bir şekilde tekrar temizletmek için uğraştı gelen temizlik personelleri daha sonra temizleyeceklerini söylediler ve gelmediler. Cengiz bey hemen temizlik ücretimizi iade etti. Bizim için önemli olan da ilgisiydi zaten eksiklikler her zaman olur ama önemli olan eksikliklerin giderilmesi için çabalamasıydı. Ev son derece güzel eski bir taş ev resmen bizi geçmişe götürdü evin dekoru, bahçesi, odaları, balkonları… merkeze, denize uzak değil. İşlerimizi rahatlıkla hallederken huzurlu bir tatil imkanı sağladı bize. Kesinlikle Cengiz Bey’ in evinizi tutmanızı tavsiye ederim çünkü herhangi bir sorunda direkt olarak muhattap buluyorsunuz ve sanki sizin yanınızdaymış gibi çözüm bulmaya çalışıyor. Çok teşekkür ederiz. 🌸

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) have just spent a week here and we’re all very sad to leave. El’s place has everything you need for a weeks stay. The house was large enough for us all & the gardens & pool are stunning. We used the outside cooking area (bbq), which was lovely in the evening. We downloaded the Wolt app, which was a lifesaver for last minute grocery delivery or even a takeaway on the nights we didn’t feel like cooking. I would recommend hiring a vehicle. However, within 15-20 minutes you can walk to a couple restaurants, a shop and also the most beautiful beach. We spent 2 days at Konnos Beach, which is absolutely stunning. I would recommend getting there before 10:30. We ate at Kafkaros Tavern (walking distance) a couple of times, which was lovely & friendly. The pool is cold, especially in April, but it didn’t stop the kids swimming most days. All in all, El’s place is super for a family holiday. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you ☺️

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.

חמישה לילות שהינו בוילה כריסטינה ,שלושת ילדי ,חברה ואני ,חמישה בוגרים סה"כ. הוילה התאימה לנו בול לאופי המשפחתי שלנו ומייד הרגשנו בבית. המטבח מאובזר במיוחד ,השירותים נקיים מאוד ,החדרים נוחים והמצעים והמגבות מריחים טוב. הבריכה היא פינוק אמיתי ,לא היה יום שלא נכנסנו לתוכה וחוף הים היה נפלא. כל הבית היה מתוחזק מאוד ושום דבר לא היה חסר ,עד הפרט הקטן ביותר כמו שנאי לחשמל. הוראות מדויקות מאוד לכניסה ויציאה מהנכס וכל שאלה שהיתה לנו נענתה מיידית עי כריסטינה. אם אתם ללא רכב ,כמו שאנחנו היינו ,תוכלו לבקש מכריסטינה את מספר הטלפון של ג'ורג ,נהג מונית מנוסה שעשה לנו את החופשה לטובה בהרבה.יש לו אנגלית מצוינת וידע הסטורי וכללי נרחב.לגורג יש מונית גדולה. ללא ספק אמליץ לחברי על וילה כריסטינה.חופשה רגועה,משפחתית מושלמת.
