Poinciana 204 is wonderful. Great location, very clean and tidy apartment. Th beds were very comfortable. Jason has supplied everything needed for a great trip. Communication was great, always got a very prompt reply. The use of the buggy was great. Would highly recommend this apartment for your Hamilton Island holiday.

After experiencing the hell of cyclone Alfred on the Gold Coast, we felt we had arrived in heaven. The feeling did not go away. Every morning we woke up to one of the most stunning views from the 11th floor apartment. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Arthur’s place is absolutely fantastic. Views are even better than the pictures. The apartment is exactly as described and we were met by a friendly valet at the airport and again when it was time to leave. Arthur was proactive and helpful, providing us with lots of tips. The apartment is well located with a few minutes trip to the Main Street either on the provided golf buggy or the local free bus. We will definitely be coming back, thank you Arthur and your family for a wonderful stay 🤗

It was outstanding. Between the beautiful views and amazing living space we all enjoyed our stay here and couldn’t have asked for anything better.
