After experiencing the hell of cyclone Alfred on the Gold Coast, we felt we had arrived in heaven. The feeling did not go away. Every morning we woke up to one of the most stunning views from the 11th floor apartment. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed.

A beautiful property with beautiful views. An easy walk to the Marina and all the cafes and restaurants and the golf buggy helped move the family around. Peter was responsive, friendly and provided very clear communication. I would recommend Peter’s place to stay.

A great place with fantastic views and close to everything. Very easy pick up from the airport and able to drive myself back when I left when it suited me. Couldn’t fault the place - a very enjoyable place to holiday .

Peter was an excellent host and very responsive. The space was large with breathtaking views. Being picked up and dropped off at the airport made our travel seamless and stress free.

A Perfect Stay in Paradise. Highly Recommend! We had an absolutely wonderful stay on Hamilton Island, and Unit 5 exceeded all our expectations. The space is beautiful, immaculate and spacious, perfect for relaxing and unwinding in style. This was the tail end of trip to New Zealand and Sydney and we used it as an incredible reset. Everything about the unit made us feel instantly at home, from the well-equipped kitchen to the stunning west facing sunset views every evening. The atmosphere was peaceful and laid-back, making it the ideal island escape. What truly made our experience exceptional was our host, Peter. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and was always friendly, responsive, and helpful. His hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Hamilton Island!

We were a group of family and friends and had a very enjoyable stay at Peter’s. He was a very responsive host. We had an issue upon check in with the lounge room air conditioner not working. The apartment was very hot on arrival as the lounge faces west. Peter had a technician there within the hour and a temporary unit installed for the night. A brand new unit was installed the very next morning - can’t get service that good in Brisbane that’s for sure!! Was very appreciative of the prompt and proactive response. Lovely apartment with a leafy outlook and water views. We mostly ate out and only cooked one meal n the apartment. Kitchen was adequately equipped for our purposes. Easy walk to One Tree Hill, front street and the main resort. We either did 2 trips in the buggy or someone walked. Did see quite a few people with 5 on their buggy but police and security more vigilant with buggy misdemeanours then on previous visits. A fabulous stay - highly recommend and would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accomodation was clean and spacious making us instantly relax and fall into holiday mode.

Stunning views and amazing space. The infinity pool right next door was great for sunset, and the walkability to the pier and restaurants was key. Amazing stay!

A beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Superb furnishings and decor, very comfortable beds with great linen. Well equipped kitchen and great BBQ, good washer/ dryer and a very good selection of books and games for rainy days, great Smart TV too. Enjoyed the pool and golf buggy is a fun way to travel around. A special place for a special holiday.

This condo is absolute perfection. Exceeded our expectations in every way - the perfect place for a young family. It has all of the essentials for an amazing HI stay - two comfy bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, washed/dryer, golf cart, airport shuttle, first floor access just one door down from a private pool, backyard wallabies, immediate access to the beach... And the views! We were slightly hesitant about the first floor but the views are so stunning and the ground access for our two young kids was so appreciated. Peter and team were incredibly responsive, fast and helpful with everything. We hope to be back very soon!!

Beautifully renovated apartment. We really enjoyed this apartment esp breakfasts and bbq dinners on the balcony with views of Catseye beach. The valet pickup/dropoff and buggy included was super convenient. The valet team and Peter are always responsive if you have any issues or questions. I would absolutely stay here again. What a good time!

Peter's place was great - it was really clean, comfortable and relaxing. I loved the view, the outside table and how easy it was to get around. Such a lovely location; everything was extremely easy and enjoyable!!

We had a fabulous stay at Pavillions. The apartment had ample room, we were very comfortable and the views were spectacular. Location was convenient for getting around. Most amenities were provided (we just needed to purchase some kitchen basics for catering inhouse). It was too cold to use the outdoor spa this time of year (unheated) but the children made the most of the internal spa bath and the island facilities. Would recommend! Thanks for having us :)

We had the best 4 nights here. A nice quiet location but close enough to walk to town. The apartment was beautiful and suitable for our family of 4. Loved sitting out looking over the water. Will be back

Amazing place and location. Incredible views over the islands. Perfect location near the main strip of shops. The whole process was easy as we were met at the airport and taken straight there. Having the use of the buggy made it so easy to get around. The home had everything we needed. Would love to return.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was fantastic for our two week stay. We enjoyed the space and the view was always breath taking. Jane was so lovely and helpful throughout our stay and made sure we had a fantastic time. I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else. It is a beautiful and quiet place with plenty in the area to do. We also enjoyed some amazing lazy days by the pool and in the spa. Thanks Jane for everything! Xx

We had a most comfortable stay at Janes. Everything was as described, the bed was super comfy and it is a well set up apartment. Janes communication was excellent.

The room is very large, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, have a very beautiful view of the sea.

The most incredible view! We think this is the most beautiful location on the island-just stunning. Best location on the island! We explored the entire island and think this location is the best-easy to get to all the restaurants, etc. We loved the pool too! Very convenient to have the ride to and from the airport and to have a buggy for our entire stay. A few cons which were the fault of the management company, not the owner: 1) no coffee machine (apparently it was stolen) so we had to make a quick trip to town each morning to get coffee, 2) no coffee table in the living room (not a huge deal as we did not spend a ton of time in the unit, but would be nice to have a table to put your drink or your book down on!), 3)there were MANY ceiling lights that were out (no light in master closet, and only 1 working light in the master bathroom). These were minor annoyances that would not stop us from staying there again! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this listing. We are wishing we could have stayed longer as we were so happy there. The location is perfect and magnificent marina views. It is quiet and yet a short walk to the town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is pristine and very well laid out with everything top quality. Would highly recommend this apartment.

will definitely be staying again. was a beautiful view & so quiet. good walking distance apart from the huge hill to climb. was very cozy slept like a baby
