A great day in Chattanooga. I was here for a week and the communication and responsiveness of the host was unparalleled. Even when I went to the wrong floor and was accidentally trying to get into the wrong apartment, they were patient and forgiving. šŸ˜¬šŸ˜¬ I would recommend bringing your own pillow for the bed, but otherwise the bed is comfy, and the apartment as well decorated and kitchen is perfectly stocked.

Our stay honestly could not have been better. The condo was lovely, everything you could possibly need was there for you, the location was ideal....it's perfect. But then the hosts are, if anything, even better! Ashley and Justin are incredibly friendly, make you feel right at home, and respond incredibly quickly to any questions you may have. It's crystal clear that it's important to them that you enjoy your stay. They CARE about those who rent their condo. It was truly a perfect experience

Our stay at Shaunā€™s was great! The place was clean and well located. We had no problem walking to dinner and the river. Our only issue was that there is only one parking spot, so do not plan on bringing multiple vehicles. There is street parking, but there are meters that are limited to one hour.

Bright, Brand New, & Steps to Downtown Condo-Nooga

Great and comfortable place to stay. Check in was easy. Very close to everything, restaurants, museums, ruby falls, rock city, etc. Noise was not really noticeable from Main Street. Had most amenities. Paper towel was half of one and only two laundry pod were provided. We traveled with a two year old. They provided a pack and play and high chair which was great. Host was very responsive, attentive, and friendly. Overall, I would stay here again. Good experience.

This was our second time staying with Sandra. The home is quaint and well-kept, and Sandra is an excellent communicator. Anything we needed was immediately addressed. The home is on a street with very little traffic, so sitting on the porch for an evening of relaxing was easy. The home is clean and the individual bathrooms is a plus for a home of this type. Hot water was always hot, even with a full house. Check in and check out times are very reasonable, and downtown Chatt is only a few minutes away and a very easy drive.

The beds were ultra comfortable, and every feature of the home made our stay feel luxurious and relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and found ourselves wishing we had booked a few more days. You can feel the history here. The bed was super comfortable, soft towels, clean bathroom and delicious breakfast. I was passing through town and was able to book at 9:45 pm and arrive at 10:05. I was very grateful for the flexibility and ease.

Sandra was so helpful when asked and gave you plenty of space and privacy if that's what you prefer. I would definitely look at her recommendations of restaurants and activities. Loved STIR, Maple biscuit place and sushi place!!! Would definitely stay again. 100%

I lost count on the beds, this place had room for all of my family. 9 of us plus grandparents. 5 living rooms. The sauna and hot tub were a hot spot for the young adults. Iā€™d stay with Timberroot any time!!
