House vacation rentals in Hamilton

Allison and Aaron were great hosts, totally responsive though working two jobs full days. I was there on a solo retreat for two weeks and lacked for nothing for my reading and writing project. The place was spacious enough to spread out, open a yoga mat, a sofa for naps, very comfortable bed, and a kitchen where I could have all the meals inside that I needed to. Best was a pretty direct walk straight up the hill and straight down the other side in 25 minutes to Horseshoe Bay Beach. Or, on lazy days just to sit in the breeze under the trees on the lawn. The bus stop, a grocery store (and diner) 500 yards away on Middle Road was very walkable with the groceries. I highly recommend and would be fine for a couple.

We could not be happier about our stay at Sunrise Cottage. The cottage was comfortable and charming with personal touches to just the right degree. Beds and linens were so comfy and we loved the cozy robes. We made ample use of the outdoor seating and enjoyed looking out on (and wandering around) the beautiful grounds. We found bus and ferry to be the best way around the island and bus stops were very close to the bottom of the island. We also loved that the Railway Trail was easily accessible from the property so we could get out and do some walking. Almost as soon as I booked, John made himself available with suggestions, tips, and recommendations. From arranging transportation from the airport, to sharing activity and dining suggestions, he couldn’t have been more helpful. One we were onsite, John was so welcoming. He has a rare ability to be friendly and available without ever feeling even a little intrusive. And he makes a mean pitcher of Swizzle. We hope to return before long!

We stayed a full week for our family vacation. The house was exactly as described and shown. Very nice, quiet and peaceful location. House was clean and well maintained. The pool was also private, clean and easily accessible. The location was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. We rented scooters for our transportation and were on the go most of the week. However, if you are not into renting mopeds the house is very close to the local grocery store, rail trail and bus and taxi stop for easy transportation purposes. All withing a 2-5 minute walk. Leila was easily contacted, very friendly and helpful. She is a great host and we would definately recommend this place for your stay. We will definately keep this place on our favorite places list and look forward to coming back again!

Beautiful house, good for a medium-sized group. Separate pool and pool house space were great to have, and secret little beach was fun as well. Great views. A little tricky to find / get picked up from without a car, but worth it if you want something out of town for a little more space.

We loved this house, clean and spacious with an amazing view of the ocean from the second floor. The best part was the short walk to beautiful beaches and the bus stops - so easy to get around and explore. We will definitely be going back!

Erica was a top tier host! Super host level. I stay at air bnbs often but this was honestly one of the, if not thee best one I’ve stayed at. The pics do the place no justice, because it is a beauty! It’s about a 30 min drive from the airport, but 15 min. drive to rent the electric buggies m (only island residents can rent gasoline vehicles). Then 15 min ride to the residence. It has a private entrance and shared pool area but she makes sure you feel right at home and doesn’t bother you. I felt like I was bothering her asking for help or recommendations but she was always willing and able to help. She gave amazing recommendations and went above and beyond to make the place feel like home. The views of the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse is the icing on the cake. Just respect her home, and space as if it’s yours and your stay will be top tier.

Nice comfy Airbnb. David was there to check us in and help with anything we had concerns about. Old Bermuda home on a hill - great view! Huge, very clean and beautiful pool. Rooms and amenities as listed. Anyone renting in Bermuda should know that most homes are older. Prices expensive so don’t be surprised by what you get. The home is close to the southwest beaches. Rented small Anaigs and tooled around the middle of the island - Hamilton only 15 minutes away. Taxis are very expensive here if going from one part of the island to the other - hardest part was telling them where to pick us up. Crystal was great for giving us a name to arrange pickup from the airport. Overall comfy stay with very accommodating host/caregiver David.

Very basic but clean. A hair dryer would have been a nice feature. Excellent value for the money. Ability to easily charge the electric car was a bonus. The air conditioners kept the house comfortably cool. Khalid was very helpful and always quick to respond. We had a very pleasant 12 day stay.

This is our favorite Airbnb in Bermuda! Perfect location, spacious property, and Cornell is the best host. Everything was in perfect shape upon arrival, and the unit is even better than the photos. The apartment is huge and there is a pool on property, which is an amazing amenity. The kitchen is ideal for cooking, or if you want to go into Hamilton for dinner it's a short cab ride away. We will be staying here on every visit to Bermuda!

Overall, I am pleased with our stay. We were in Bermuda for a wedding and the house was walkable to the venue. It was also pretty central to everything we wanted to do. No more than a 10-15 minute taxi ride. We didn’t spend much time in the house besides sleeping so it was great for that. We didn’t talk to the host must because we a lot a lot of friends on the island but I appreciated her messaging us on our arrival/checkout days. In all my Airbnb stays I think that’s a first from a host. As other reviews have said, it is an older home and not very modern. The house is also pretty humid and the water in the tub drains pretty slow. None of that really bothered me but is worth mentioning for others to consider. The Jamaican place around the corner is top notch. 10/10 recommend and walkable from the property! Although we didn’t use, I loved having the option for all the beach gear and chairs to sit out front. All in all this was a great property for our needs and we will be back!

This has been the best air bnb experience! Cornell is an incredible host who goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. He goes out of his way to assist in everything. His house is amazing, spacious, like home, has all you need. His welcome packet has so much useful information and his communication is outstanding. We had 4 kids and they had a blast! We can’t wait to come back to this lovely home with an amazing host! Again all was impeccable and we could not ask for more. I recommend anyone coming to Bermuda to stay at his place. The location is perfect close to everything with a bus stop outside. We were sad to leave but definitely we are already thinking when to return!

Our family had an amazing time at Scott’s home. It was a classic Bermuda residence that was stylish and incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and communication with Scott was quick and easy. The location on the water was perfect, it was quiet and peaceful at night. We rented ev cars and toured the island daily. I’d recommend this residence to anyone visiting the area and would stay here in the future. Scott went above and beyond as a host and gentleman.

Lana’s place is very clean, large and comfortable. The location is close to the bus, ferry and grocery store. One cannot rent a car ( except for the tiny electric cars there), so this location was good for all those reasons. There was a huge shared kitchen with lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans. We had an extended stay so we’re happy to have had the opportunity to cook some meals at home. Lana was attentive and solved any small problem we had within 24 hours or less. Bermuda is a unique beautiful place to visit and explore. There are pink sand beaches with turquoise water, lots of history, and plenty of good restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean but with some wear on the beds, and it has one room with the carpet floor, which is bad idea for an island. Luckily we had enough other rooms to choose from. Bathrooms were clean, but expect lower pressure in pipes, this is not the host's fault, its a common thing on the island due to the way water is collected. Internet was stable and usable, filter coffee machine is working. Laundry and kitchen are stocked with equipment, but expect to bring or buy detergents and soaps. Host management service was very responsive and accommodating to our calls. All in all, just minor inconveniences due to the humidity/salt and house age, but that did not stop us from having a good time. We very much recommend this place.

Our stay at Ms. Elizabeth’s home on Bailey’s Bay was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and hospitality made us feel so welcome. The house itself is full of charm and perfectly located with stunning views and easy access to the water, and local bus stops to adventure around the island. We spent our days snorkeling, swimming to the nearby rock, and taking day trips with easy access to St. George’s, Hamilton, and the Royal Dockyard. Ms. Elizabeth went above and beyond, helping us get bus passes, showing us around the grocery store, and sharing local tips that made our trip extra smooth and memorable. We truly hope to return someday. Highly recommend—10/10!

Susan’s home is the perfect escape for a relaxing weekend. Every detail exceeded our expectations—from the serene atmosphere to the unbeatable access to the beach. We loved soaking up the sun on the deck and then cooling off with a quick dip in the ocean just steps away. The home is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. While walking into town can be a bit tricky due to the lack of sidewalks, we used the Hitch app, which made getting around easy and convenient. We had an incredible stay and truly can’t recommend Susan’s place enough—it’s a hidden gem we’re already dreaming of returning to.

Thank you Deborah for helping make our first trip to Bermuda absolutely perfect. We loved how peaceful and beautiful it was at your airbnb. The view of the water right from the bed was a really nice way to wake up. We loved just having a coffee in the morning on the back porch looking out at the water or having a glass of wine down on the dock. Thank you!!

Jolene's place on Methelin Hill is absolutely lovely. The unit is comfortable and has everything you need, and the gardens and grounds around the house are beautiful. After a day out exploring or snorkeling in the sun, coming back to Methelin Hill and sitting on the porch, watching the White-tailed Tropicbirds with the breeze coming off the ocean, was divine. Jolene herself is a wonderful person, interesting to converse with (she knows a ton about Bermuda and its history) and incredibly friendly — plus very artistic & crafty! This was my first trip to Bermuda and I was solo and pretty much walked most places — it was easy to get to nearby beaches or over to the market. Would definitely stay here again!

Our Pool House experience was lovely! The cottage was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would ever need. The grounds and landscaping are stunningly beautiful with tasteful plant diversity and beautiful lighting. My favorite memories are sitting on the front porch in the mornings looking at the beautiful surroundings and listening to the birds. In the evenings, after a great meal out, we would sit on the porch again, listen to soft music provided by our host and enjoy the beautiful lighted pool. Most of all, we are very fond of our host John, who makes the entire experience friendly, comfortable and memorable.

We were in town for a wedding. I share the space with my sisters’s family…. The place was more than adequate for eight of us. Swimming was perfect….lots of gear to use. Snorkeling was an unexpected surprise. Lots of coral and fish to see. Neighborhood was very friendly. We were always greeted with a friendly hello.
