Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hambantota

Sadisha was a great host. He greeted us with coconuts, gave us recommendations and also a free ride to the silent beach (which by the way is only a 20 minute walk away) The space is clean, the rooms are large and there is also plenty of fans and AC. The kitchen is well equipped and he gave us a gallon of filtered drinking water. The outdoor shower is lovely. Overall, for the price, I highly recommend this place for a family or group of friends.

We were here with our three children (5, 6 and 9 years old) for over a week and enjoyed the time very much. The highlight was the beautiful, almost deserted beach right outside the door. We felt particularly comfortable thanks to Suresh and Ruhini, the warm hosts: Suresh organized everything related to excursions and transportation, Ruhini spoiled us every morning with a delicious breakfast. Our kids had a lot of fun bodyboarding while we watched the authentic village life and the fishermen on the beach. The cottage was clean and charming, albeit a bit outdated in places – but we were in the middle of nature: monkeys in the garden, bats in the evening, fireflies in the dark. For us, it was a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation and authenticity. The value for money is right, and we'd come back any time.

The house was more then we expected ! the house and garden was so beautifull, and the bathroom amazing ! Lucy made us feel at home right away, always with a big smile. We loved the place so much that we booked a few extra nights. Vishu, who has her own tuktuk, with a silver guitar on the back of her tuktuk, drove us where ever we wanted to go. But there are also beautifull beaches you can reach on foot. Visit ran-lakshmi-paradise, lovely guys. Break-point for cocktails and food with an amazing view. And for Sri Lanka food, go to restaurant Ceylon Chef, highly recommended by us. The restaurant is run by a heartwarming family, best deviled fish ever ! Only 5 minutes on foot from the house. You will want to come back here !

This is an extremely cozy house! It is located a little bit deep from the main roads, so it is silence and calm here. I enjoyed here with birds, palms, nature sounds. I was surprised with small quantity of mosquitos here, but for your safety hosts provide you with mosquito net. Oh, God, how it's wonderful to sleep with open doors and windows here - it's smell, sounds..perfect! And to be honest I even didn't use a fan during night's, because the temperature was absolutely comfortable. The villa has rather good WiFi and if you are a remote worker it will suite to you (the day temperature is also good when you open windows and use fan, there is no necessity in AC). Hosts are absolutely cute and caring about you! But villa is located rather far from any shops and beaches (apr. 10 min by bike) - so bike or tuktuk are absolutely necessary here, and there is not a problem to reach this location. Having traveled the entire coast from Galle, I do not want to change this place of living.

The Namaskara Villa is pure heaven! Large and clean with very comfortable king size bed. Two toilets, spacious bathroom with hot shower and stars above your head was absolute dream. The kitchen is very well equiped for cooking, but we didn't cook at all, because we took advantage of possibility of having daily lunch and dinner from Malkanthí who is excellent chef! Malkanthí and Ruhunu took care of us not only with the dinners and lunches, they also did cleaning and shopping for us to keep our fridge full, because there is no supermarket nearby the villa. The garden is nice, full of wildlife and the ocean is just in front of the place. It is not so private as I expected, there were some fishermans nearby every day.

The place was definitely the most beautiful of our entire trip. It looked exactly like the photos and we felt incredibly comfortable! Drinking coffee and breakfast on the beautiful terrace in the morning was a highlight. The hostess and staff were very nice and, for example, picked us up from the street with a tuk tuk when we couldn't find the entrance directly. We were also able to rent scooters super easily directly through the accommodation and organize tuktuks to the next town. In the area there is unfortunately not so much (no real shopping) except for a few restaurants (which are great), but for example Jungle Beach is only a few minutes walk away and incredibly beautiful!

Very nice Villa! We enjoyed it very much!

The place is located 50 m from the top 5 best beaches of Sri Lanka. You can simply walk and enjoy it. The room has AC and hot water, two big beds with very comfortable mattress. The area is very tranquil. At night one day dogs were barking but one hard shout put them in order :) The food was tasty and breakfast was on flexible timing. Sandaru is an excellent host who was accommodating all our need and some extra. We will be back for sure.

What a find! Sisiras pkVe is a walk down the driveway and onto the south end entrance to Kudawella beach. Awesome balcony...breezes and a Seaview.. absolutely will be listening to the waves as you sleep at night. Sisira and his wife are wonderful hearts, have an amazing young family in the downstairs part if the house, and Harshanis authentic so tasty, plentiful Sri Lankan cuisine is made and delivered to your rooms with love. A quiet location atop one of the best sand bottom beaches in South Lanka. Good for learn to surf swimming and long peaceful walks Sisi Place is 5 mins scooter to Hiri or Dikwella, 20 mins to Unakuruwa and Talalla. With the 2 bedrooms upstairs sparking clean bathroom and massive balcony, this place would suit long stay to also enjoy Harshanis meals, or small groups and families. I can't say enough about Sri Lankan hospitality and you'll find it exceptional here. Sisi Place is a well underpriced gem. Highly recommended 👌

First of all, the accommodation itself is really great and worth a booking, but more on that. Check-in or finding and arriving is extremely difficult, as the location on the map in the app is incorrect and only the answer to inquiries about the precise address is that the name of the house on Google Maps is easy to enter and that this would be enough. On Google Maps, however, there are 2 different ones and then of course they match the map in the app... The location is incorrect!! The door locks also need an overhaul. However, the accommodation itself is in a bomb location, 100m to the beach. Everything is clean, the kitchen convinces with its amenities. You get a complete small apartment for the price with bathroom, sleeping area, kitchen and chill area inside and out. The other 2 rooms in the apartment are locked so we were 4 accommodated in a room. Overall a nice place to relax at the beach.

Khomba was a beautiful place to stay! The rooms were nice and cool- beds comfy and showers wonderful. The whole property was peaceful and in a great location. The host and her staff were incredibly attentive. It was wonderful to wake up to the sounds of crashing waves and bird song and then to be able to go right outside for a morning swim in the pool or ocean. My family is already dreaming of our next stay.

Great location, great beach and good food

A great place to base yourself in Tangalle, we would have stayed longer if we weren’t due to leave Sri Lanka soon! The beds are super comfy, the sofa and living room are spacious and it really felt like a home from home. Close to restaurants and Tangalle beach and super easy to get to attractions like the Turtle Conservation, Bird Sanctuary etc. We would stay again without a doubt!
