Her kan du nye stillheten, få fyr på bålpanna eller tenne opp et større bål ved gapahuken - både sommer som vinter. Hytta ligger godt plassert for helårs-turer både mot Hessdalen, Rugldalen, Røros, Tydalen/Riasten. Om vinteren kan man også ta på seg skiene for en langrennstur eller "ski in og out" ned til Ålen skisenter. Hytta er fullt utstyrt for et fin weekend.

Hytte fra 2010 med alle bekvemmeligheter (oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin/ tørketrommel, TV, gratis ubegrenset internettilgang (WiFi), varmekabler i gang og bad. Stor, solrik terrasse med gassgrill hvor du kan nyte solen til langt på kveld. Skjermet beliggenhet. Blåbær- og tyttebærterreng på tomta og i nærområdet. Flott turterreng både sommer og vinter. Oppkjørte skiløyper ca 100 m fra hytta, alpinanlegg, egen barnebakke. 32 km fra Røros (30 min) og kort vei til Hessdalen. Perm med mange turforslag.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Small house - great seaview - close to the city

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
