Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

Enjoy the wonderful nature and views at Birdbox Arbakka, Tysnes. Here you will see, among other things, the mouth of Hardangerfjorden, Kvinnherad-fjella, Ulvanos, Melderskin, Folgefonna and Rosendal. The house is in a peaceful setting by the fjord surrounded by grazing animals. You can easily go fishing with the boat, go hiking or enjoy a quiet evening the hot tub. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå and it is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
