Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Altstadt Apartment

The 60 square meter old town apartment was only furnished in 09/2020. It is centrally located right in the old town of Landau, and close to the market square. A large parking space is available in front of the house. You will stay in a listed building from 1900. It offers you the ideal start to explore the Palatinate and the picturesque surroundings on foot, by bike, car or public transport. And at the same time, you live in the city with cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.

Rebenmeer apartment, right next to the vineyards!

Our luxury apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the Koch wine pavilion and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Children and toddlers are welcome. 😊Shopping is 3 km away. 4 restaurants in the village and child-friendly. Outdoor pool very close!

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in the heart of Edenkoben directly on the Weinstraße. The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

Holiday room with bathroom and separate entrance

Treat yourself to a little time out in our lovingly furnished vacation room. The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.

On the main road of Annweiler, two minutes from the historic market square, is the Künstlerhaus Annweiler. Nestled in the largest forest area of the Palatinate, climbers and cyclists shake hands. The apartment is built for small groups and families from local woods and sustainable materials for sustainable and loving living. The fireplace contributes to well-being in winter. Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
