1930s cottage in the heart of downtown

Welcome to our sweet little house downtown, built in the early 30s. We have recently renovated the property, with new kitchen, bathroom, and heat. The house has charming details from its time, like curved ceilings and wood floors. We have tried to keep the historic value of the house, (like refinishing the cast iron kitchen sink,) but have added updates, such as a low threshold shower and custom wallpaper. There is an off-street parking spot available, which is practically unheard of downtown.
