Ein Ausflug nach Dillenburg (5 Autominuten entfernt) lohnt sich, um den Wilhelmsturm und dessen gut erhaltenen Kasematten sowie die Villa Grün und das hessische Landesgestüt zu erkunden. Weitere Ausflugsziele: Aartalsee Mathematikum (GI) Tierparks
