Ihr seid in wenigen Gehminuten am Hauptbahnhof, dem Tor zur City. Fast vor der Tür findet sich die beliebte Lister Meile mit ihren netten Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften. Am Ende der Lister Meile erreicht ihr den größten Stadtwald in Europa, die Eilenriede. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, hell, geräumig und verfügt über zwei TV. Das WLAN lässt sich auch auf dem Balkon nutzen. Besonders wichtig ist natürlich der Schlafkomfort. Deswegen legen wir Wert auf gute Matratzen und bieten auch Nackenkissen an.

Im August 2021 fertiggestellte Dachgeschosswohnung mit ruhiger Lage in der Ortsmitte. Der Wohnbereich ist offen gestaltet und bietet einen Blick bis in den Giebel, die gut ausgestattete Einbauküche wurde in das offene Konzept einbezogen. Die Wohnung ist mit Fußbodenheizung und Bambusparkett ausgelegt und besitzt zusätzlich einen Kaminofen Der Blick durch die bodentiefen Fenster fällt auf die ruhige Wohnstrasse oder das Gründach. Das Tageslichtbad ist mit einer Viertelkreisdusche ausgestattet.

Apartment in a quiet location on Lake Steinhude

Welcome directly at the Steinhuder Meer in a very quiet location. The apartment with separate entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower with separate toilet and a private sauna. The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children. We have 2 big dogs.

“steinbhude_am_meer” (Insta) The modern tiny house is located on the Steinhuder Meer, not far from the Badeinsel (about a 3-minute walk) and directly on the circular hiking trail. It has a beautifully landscaped garden, which invites you to relax, play, barbecue and much more on over 300 square meters and is available for exclusive use. The promenade is a 10-minute walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants directly on the sea. Boat and bike rentals can also be found there

"Glückauf" Gemütliche Ferienwohnung nahe Steinhude

"Glückauf" Die Ferienwohnung wurde im November 2023 fertiggestellt und neu eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich im Herzen von Hagenburg in einer sehr ruhigen Lage (Hinterbebauung / Spielstraße). Die liebevoll gestaltete Wohnung hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 60 Quadratmetern und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (Barrierefrei) mit Terrasse. Fußläufig ist das Steinhuder Meer (Hagenburger Kanal) bereits nach einigen Gehminuten erreichbar, Steinhude befindet sich ca. in 2,5 km Entfernung.

Freundliche Wohnung mit gemütlicher Einrichtung. Kaffeeautomat und Wasserkocher, sowie Toaster, eine 2 Plattenkochstelle und ein Kühlschank sind vorhanden. Ein Ankleidezimmer steht zur Verfügung. Ländlich gelegen ! Viele Freizeitangebote in der Nähe, für Kinder das Rastiland, das Wisentgehege. Der Harz, das Steinhuder Meer und das Weserbergland sind schnell und gut zu erreichen. Ein Pferdestall direkt am Haus so wie herrliche Klosterkirchen..... Kurz ein Ort zum träumen!

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

This bright, barrier-free apartment is 94 square meters, has a kitchen with seating, a large shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm) and a living room with access to the terrace/small garden. 1 child's/extra bed can be provided on request; sofa bed in the living room. Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
