Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

Located in Hagermarsch Junkersrott, the holiday home Huus Karoline is ideal for everyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place away from everyday stress. Situated in a quiet street with little traffic, the 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. This beautiful vacation home is located in Neuenburg on the edge of the Neuenburg jungle in a quiet residential street. Lovingly furnished with a modern, open kitchen and dining area. The fenced garden with the large terrace and kettle grill invites you to linger. Parking is available, the jungle with its many hiking and biking trails as well as a modern supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. The Jade Bay near Dangast is 20 minutes away by car.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).
