Monthly Rentals in Hagåtña

I had come into Guam and the original place I booked was horrible. Garbage outside, the place was a shipping container turned bungalow. It did not feel safe. I immediately had to find another place and booked Dina’s place. It was TRUE as described. Clean and she was immediately responsive. I will recommend her place to family returning back to Guam for a visit. I was extremely satisfied, felt safe and comfortable in her Airbnb and will look to staying there in my next visit back home to Guam. Thank you - Dina!!!!

Brad's house is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is soft and comfortable. Brad responded to messages expediently. He and Tina went above and beyond to help me feel welcome and comfortable.

We had phenomenal experience staying at this Airbnb in Asan, Guam! The studio unit was absolutely delightful, with thoughtful small touches that made the space feel like a home away from home. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores was unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything that Asan has to offer. While a vehicle is a must to get around, it was well worth it to have the freedom to explore the island at my own pace. Almar, our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our plans changed many times while we’re there and I’m sure we were a bit a of a headache for her but she was incredibly gracious, flexible and helpful along the way. The studio was cozy and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy getaway in Asan, Guam. My family and I took a quick trip back home needed a place to stay while we were here. I booked this place last minute but Cory and Jolo were so quick to reply and make sure i had anything i needed upon arrival. The condo was very nice, had lots of space and was very clean when we got there. The view is beautiful and there are many shops, restaurants and beaches nearby. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into this place, the bathrooms are so nice, the decor makes the house feel modern and comfortable, and the amenities they provide are top tier. I would definitely recommend staying here not only for tourists, but also for locals who are looking to have a nice staycation. The hosts are very hospitable and make you feel very welcome. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend you stay here if you have the opportunity to.
