This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

In a magical big garden full of fruit trees and herbs. Home to my parents, artists that will happily show their wonderful work and studios. A perfect location for private car or public transport, 15 min walk from Pardes Hana Train Station (40 min from Tel aviv). 10 min lovely walk through woods to city center. 15 min drive to the beautiful nature around and historical sites (Cesarea ruins and Aqueduct beach, the hills and stream of Amikam and Mount Carmel) Plenty of fun things to do around.

This is an enchanting guesthouse, well sized and furnished, located in the heart of the lovely Sharon region, just a few Kilometers from the mediterranean sea. Outside you can enjoy the beautiful private garden where you can have breakfast accompanied with chirping birds or dinner with candles and moonlight, afterwards you can use your private, romantic hot tub or enjoy the pool in the front garden. Very cozy studio apartment in the decent new house right next to the mall in Netanya. Clean, beautifully decorated, feels like home. Gabriel was very nice and helpful, greeted us and provided clear instructions, offered for help throughout our stay. There is also a protected space in the building. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located by the sea, it is convenient to get to and the parking is based on a free space on the street. The apartment was prepared for us earlier than the original check-in time and clear instructions and videos were given on how to get to the apartment for the key. The apartment is very minimal in size but has everything you need!! Small refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils, boot toilet, bed and TV. We had a great time! Thank you!!

The house was stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures. Suitable for a couple. It's a basement apartment, but there's no feeling of suffocation at all, and it's completely pleasant and comfortable to stay there even beyond one weekend. Fully equipped kitchen and has everything you need for an extended stay. The landlords were very warm and friendly and were always available and pleasant. We will definitely visit there again!
