It has a prime location, next to the Malibran Market, 5 minutes from the airport and the bus station, shopping centers, UCC, IMSS hospital, ISSSTE, CFE and banks. 10 minutes from Pirata Fuentes and Beto Avila stadiums, Leyes de Reforma. 15 min from the Historic Center, Malecón, Plaza Americas and Andamar, WTC, beaches, aquarium and attractions of the beautiful Port.

The area is very quiet, with 24-hour surveillance. You can use the pool (closed on Tuesdays for maintenance) and there is parking, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in its 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and hot water.
