Amazing Airbnb, was my 3rd stay! Very clean and comfortable. My go to place when I’m in LA!

Place was great ! Very peaceful, relaxing and cozy! I’m glad i was able to book this gem , i want to stay again but it’s fully booked for next month when im in town again sadly.

Our stay at the guest house was outstanding and our hosts, Paul & Candice were excellent hosts. We really appreciated the detailed instructions for gaining access to the property and a book full of instructions for how everything worked. The guest house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. The location was perfect with Larchmont Village being a block away. Being dog lovers, our daily visit from their dog, Sophia, was something we looked forward to. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

Great area. Safe, pretty neighborhood. Convenient to area attractions while being out of the city. Kitchenette equipped enough to make simple meals. Many sleeping options for families. Good home base for exploring LA. Thank you!

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

First time in california and felt right at home. There’s so much to do around the area and we visited LA frequently throughout our stay. Sarah was super sweet and friendly, she let us drop off our luggage earlier than our check in time and gave us a mini tour of the beautiful guesthouse along with its amenities. We felt super comfortable and right at home. 10/10 would highly recommend.

We stayed in 3 different Air BnBs during our SoCal trip, and Kim's cottage was by far our favorite. It is just as pictured and described--so lovely and cute, and it has far more than you'd need. It came stocked with high-quality snacks, soaps, plush towels, and the most comfortable bed. It's in the back yard of a quiet home, a short drive from the Orange circle. We wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the fire pit. Kim was responsive and accommodating, allowing for a late check-out and checking in with us. The place was very clean and felt so welcoming.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

What a fantastic place to stay, enjoyed everything about the studio. I was able to do some work as it's quiet and private, the street is fabulous to walk, kitchen is great to cook in, I found relaxing nooks around the studio to read and relax in. This place is not your average Airbnb, it's well taken care of with the little attention to detail. Thanks Karen! Will be back definitely, love to Lee ❤️

*AN ABSOLUTE MUST-STAY!* Booked Dana’s place for a relaxing getaway with my wife for our anniversary, and we loved every minute of our stay! The little guest house is tucked away right up against a mountain side and is so incredibly peaceful and serene that it’s easy to forget you’re mere minutes away from fantastic restaurants and a vibrant downtown scene. Dana was extremely responsive and patient, answering all our questions and ensuring we had a wonderful stay! We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we visit!

This was a really quiet and nice place to stay. The host was very responsive and nice. Would definitely book again.

It is located in a convenient place, with easy access to highway and some restaurants, supermarket, etc. It's spacious and a nice kitchen to allow cooking with fresh ingredients from grocery nearby. A note about parking - SG city does not allow parking overnight without permit. Ding provides parking space. For one car, parking should be easy. Two cars would be a bit more challenging but manageable with skills.

It was the perfect place for my mom, my sister and I. It had everything you will need. The place is private and quiet, there was a lot of parking in the street. We were able to cook and everything works. They provided you with some food like coffee ☕️ and super nice decorated.

Clean space, commutative, and accommodating

Perfect in every way. This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever. Clean, quiet, private, and situated in beautiful surroundings. And gracious and responsive hosts who have provided all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Faisal's attention to detail in his property is rare, in our experience, and very much appreciated.

my girlfriend and I stayed here for our vacation to Disneyland. Najat was very responsive and everything was perfect for our stay! restaurants were close by and there is plenty of places within 10-15 minutes of the place. Definitely stay again next time!

I had a great stay at Jana's place with my 5 year old toddler. We had minor issue with wrong keypad during checkin. But Jana was responsive and we figured it out. The house is small, quite, clean and cozy. Kitchen had good amenities for light meal preps. The outdoor garden is beautiful. Jana was sweet to add a small step stool for my daughter and also gave us some toys for her to play with. My daughter was excited and noticed the small details.

This was easily one my best Airbnb experiences in recent years. It was a perfect spot for a solo traveler looking for a quiet space and neighborhood that is also not far away from what LA has to offer. Will was very communicative, accessible and accommodating. I would highly recommend this spot and I would stay again!

Serena has a sweet little place in a great neighborhood. Comfy bed with small helpful details in the room. Just what you need if you’ll be out most of the day as I was. It’s so nice to be able to do laundry before coming home too! The neighbors made a little noise the first night but after that it was quiet. Great value for this area. I’d stay again.

My family truly enjoyed the stay at Xing's Airbnb! The location was very convenient—close to shops, restaurants, highways—and we felt very safe throughout our visit. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. The host was exceptionally friendly and considerate, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again in the future!
