Private beach cottage - 1 hour from Helsinki

You will definitely enjoy your stay in Kesäranna, Vihti! Less than an hour from Helsinki, the road to the destination. In winter for 2 people, in summer for 4. The main cottage (58 m2) is in use all year round. Guest house (12 m2) in summer use with sofa bed. The main cottage is on the beach, with its own dock for swimming in Hiidenvesi. Varikka beach is near the cottage. Cottage equipment: a flushing toilet and a washing machine in the bathroom. The sauna has a fast wood stove, and the cottage has running hot water. The kitchen has, for example, an oven, induction stove and dishwasher. Air heat pump with cooling.

From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included.

Peace, good feeling in the countryside

The log house has fresh air, you'll get a good night's sleep. A respite from the hustle and bustle. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää, Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
