Lovely space to stay in. Clean and comfortable and picturesque location.

We stayed a few nights with our 2 small kids, mainly to visit Amsterdam, and had a wonderful time. The house was great for us, very clean, enough space for everyone, very nice neighbourhood and restaurants and shops were close by bike or walking. We took the car to the nearest train station (Bussum Zuid) with free parking but without kids and less rain, walking would also have been easily possible. Jaap was very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. We would happily come again!

Max was super responsive to our texts from day one. Great host!!!! Our stay was great with the kitchen having everything we needed for breakfast and late night snacks and more ... the cute balcony rooftop off the kitchen a bonus. Ambiance is amazing from the second we walked in! Beds were comfortable also and 25 min walking distance to train station. Would return again! Thankyou

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

it is a cozy beautiful place, with nice nature around the cottage and yet close to all facilities. relaxed and very friendly host and hostess. At least I didn't feel like going home.

We had a wonderful weekend in Uitgeest as a family of five. The surroundings with the windmill, the meadows with lots of water, nature and the beautiful place just around the corner are the perfect starting point for various excursions to the sea or to Haarlem and Amsterdam. Our hosts were always very friendly and helpful, the house offers everything you need and is beautifully cozy. We will be happy to come back!

A great and clean house in a quiet area. With 8 people, we were fine with the rooms and bathrooms. Pool was to our satisfaction!

Hugo was the perfect host from check in to check out. He was a wealth of knowledge and his property is truly stunning. We cycled from Dunkirk and after 3 days of hard cycling wanted somewhere nice to relax. This place did just that. Hugo was very accommodating and couldn’t do more to help. Thankyou Hugo for being a credit to Airbnb. ( your dog is nice too! )

A top accommodation, a whole experience

Such a lovely stay! This place was exactly what we needed — peaceful, cozy, and away from all the city noise. The cottage is super cute, clean, and has everything you need. Loved waking up to the sounds of farm animals, and it’s close to some handy local grocers too. The host, Marit was amazing — super responsive and really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unplug, recharge, and enjoy a bit of countryside bliss. We’d definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Sharine and Keon’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their home had a warm, personal touch that made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was the perfect space for our family, and our little one especially enjoyed it. We loved our stay at Charlotte’s place! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect for our stay in Alkmaar as everything was within walking distance. Taking care of O’Malley was also a fun addition to our trip. He was very friendly but respected our space. All in all, we really enjoyed staying at Charlotte’s and would love to visit again in the future :)

I had a wonderful 7 days at Nanda’s apartment. It was very comfortable, lots of light, quiet, and easy to access the city by bike (primary for me), bus and foot. Nanda was very responsive and kind. If you are new to the Netherlands, know that the train outside of the apartment comes once an hour (it goes to a fantastic railway museum that you can walk to) and is whisper quiet, so if you wonder if it’s loud to be near train tracks, it isn’t at all as the trains are electric. The morning and evening light is plentiful and I just had a very lovely stay. The kitchen also is very functional and I did most of my meals in the apartment. Overall really great stay.

Lovely holiday with family and friends, Daphne’s home gave us peace while we weren’t off sightseeing or biking!

The property is located 20 mins from Schiphol Airport, in a quiet gated community. The house was neat and clean and located beside a water canal. The kitchen and cutlery were well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Easy to get to the city and to the other attractions. As stated in the description there is no washer / dryer. Bedrooms are located on the floor above the ground floor, the stairs are a bit steep. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and courteous. Upon request we were given a late checkout which was very helpful and very kind of the host. Indeed a superhost! Would love to come back someday!

It was such a pleasure and privilege to stay at this home. The house is worthy of museum status — a gem of art nouveau glass and tiles. But it also features a fantastic modern kitchen, great WiFi, and comfortable beds. In other words, the best of both historic and modern. The location is perfect, with steps-away access to transit, groceries, dining, and more. Adjacent to a canal, the site is also a natural haven, filled with nighttime sounds and daytime bird life. We were treated to a goose family with multiple goslings for part of our stay! Washer/dryer are great, as was the tv and other appliances. And finally, the decor is stylish and interesting….perfectly themed for those interested in travel. Having stayed at nearly 100 Airbnbs, this was one of our all-time favorites.

Marjolein and Jan are lovely hosts. They give great attention to their home and gardens. As shared, the home is walkable to the train and Heiloo business district. We were welcomed with delicious soup and snacks and were given time to chat and ask questions. Their kindness and willingness to help us navigate North Holland, and to make recommendations throughout our stay, was exceptional. I wish we had more time to chill, however, we squeezed in many beautiful sites in 5 short days. The small towns being a highlight! Heiloo is super and the locals so friendly:). Wonderful house, very quiet place, ideal to rest and have good time. A beautiful garden where you can appreciate the calm. The hosts were very helpfull and we've been very well received :)

7 of us stayed here and I asked them if they would stay again... we/they all said yes. The only complaint is the road noise. The cars go around the roundabout and rev up their cars and the larger trucks must have a hard time getting around it as they too rev up their motors. The house and location were perfect.
