Fully renovated studio on third floor of old mansion including living area, fully equipped kitchen, double bed (1m60), living area. Private bathroom. Very close to city center (500m), supermarket (100m), train station (1.3 km), and still a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful view. Public underground car parking closeby (700m, 8€/24h). Fully renovated. No elevator in the house. We, as owners, live in the same house on groundlevel and 1st floor.

Dit pas gerenoveerd appartement ligt pal in het centrum van Leuven en één van de gezelligste straten van Leuven. Dichtbij alle restaurants / bars / winkel en openbaar vervoer.
