Rosewood house

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

Hegyalja Kuckó

Fresh air, beautiful surroundings, a cottage with a chimney, birds chirping. If you want a little relaxation or rest after hiking, we welcome you to our renovated little house. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a covered patio in the courtyard with barbecue facilities. The courtyard is completely enclosed, and a covered storage area on the side of the house provides storage for bicycles. If you love nature, hiking, historic towns and restaurants with a good atmosphere, you've found the right place! :)

Our guesthouse is located on the southern side of the Pannonhalma hills, in the vicinity of the Pannonhalma Archabbey, but already among the shady trees of the forest. The tranquil neighborhood offers opportunities for those who want a quiet retreat and those who are looking for active relaxation. We offer our guests larger spaces than usual, so there is the intimacy of a small cabin and the elegance of a suite in our house at the same time. The private wellness, sauna and hot tub in the house provide real pampering.

Our detached holiday home is located in the charming village of Velem in the Kőszeg Mountains. The quiet village and its surroundings offer a wide variety of recreational opportunities. A few steps from the holiday home, the forest and hiking trails await those who want to go hiking. There are several spa and adventure baths in the 30 km area and Lake Rohonc is 10 km away. In winter, those who want to ski will find the Austrian slopes about 1 hour away by car.

With me in the Kőszeg Mountains, our 2-person private guesthouse is located in the resort area, in a forest environment. The hiking trails start a few hundred meters away. Our guests have exclusive and unlimited access to a two-person jacuzzi and an infrared sauna. The guest house has a kitchen, dining room, bathroom on the ground floor, the bedroom is upstairs. Free, enclosed parking. The whole house is air-conditioned.
