A day like a gift (Welcoming you in the forest, Minjoo Mountain)

'A day like a gift' is an experience-type accommodation located in the forest at the top of Domaryeong (700m above sea level) in Minjujisan, Yeongdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. We have remodeled a wooden house (Dalbat House, 2005) and a family-built earthen house (So Young Hall, 2006) for our elderly parents, so that only one team of guests can stay in the entire house. Recently, a tree house (Wol Forest House, 2024) was built on a 6-7 meter-high Japanese cedar tree in the Wol Forest, and this can also be experienced for free. The experience is divided into traditional cultural experiences and ecological experiences, which are offered in a variety of paid and free experiences. The mud house was built with wood, earth, and stone from the moon field, like the mountain village of our ancestors. You can experience lighting a fire in a traditional house, where you can feel the wisdom of a house that is cool and warm. The words 'A day like a gift' are engraved in the merchant room of the mud house. We will try to give everyone who comes here a simple gift called 'a day like a gift'.

In-laws' house No cancellation fees

Take a break with the whole family in a peaceful accommodation in a warm countryside village, as if you were at your in-laws' house when you were a child. Since it is located in a residential area, please use the yard quietly after 9pm. Cooking foods with a lot of smell and smoke is not allowed indoors. In the event of damage or damage to the facility or furniture, you may be charged a reimbursement fee. Please clean up after eating, and wash the used tableware. The standard number of people is 2, and the maximum is 4. (20,000 KRW for each additional person, free for infants under 24 months.) If you exceed a maximum of 4 people, please contact the host separately. Visitors other than the number of guests in the reservation are not allowed to enter, and the guest is responsible for this.
