You can stay cool in the summer with air conditioning and very warm in the winter with a local heating system. And if you're a long-term resident, you can park one car for free. Parking is also available for short-term residents, so please contact us. You must bring your vehicle registration certificate for long-term parking. “Giwajip on the Hill” is an accommodation located in Haenggung-dong. Built in 1985, this traditional Korean tile-roofed home has been renovated and opened to guests in 2023. 수원역에서 도보 5분 떨어진 다세대 주택입니다. 수원 화성과 성균관 대학교으로 가는 버스편이 편리하며 서울과 경기도로 갈수있는 1호선과 기차역이 걸어서 오 분 걸리에 있습니다. 또한 서울 사당과 잠실 강남으로 가는 버스를 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 또한 2020/11월 리모델링 완공한 집입니다. 외관은 낡아보이지만 아늑한 실내공간과 넓은 거실이 큰 장점입니다. My house is near by Suwon station and easy to go famous place in Suwon and Seoul, gangnam, jamsil etc. The accommodation was remodeled in 2020/11.
