Monthly Rentals in Gwanak-gu

Pros: Convenient, peaceful, comfortable bed, stable wifi, reliable aircon, clean place, hot water, complete with plates, utensils, cookware, tissue, towels, shampoo and soap. Half basement and flat area so not difficult to get to. Very close to train and bus stations. Lots of restaurants nearby. Cons: My only issue is the noticeable orange stains on the bathroom floor, probably mold.

It was a neat and tidy place. The hosts responded to my questions quickly and were very friendly! 😊

The perfect place for a short or long stay. The metro is very close and there are plenty of shops around. It's very clean and tidy. I loved it!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this hostel! The host was very responsive and kind. The place is clean, with a small kitchen and basic toiletries provided. Lots of restaurants and a market nearby, plus GS25 and 7-Eleven just a few steps away. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!! 😊
