Vacation rentals with a patio in Guzmán Abajo

Great apartment! Very spacious with tons of amenities. Just bring your bags and food. We stayed there with 6 12 yo. and everyone enjoyed it a lot. It fit our needs perfectly. Checkout at 10am was a bit early considering you have to pack and clear your food, etc so we couldn't use any of the facilities on our last day. It would've been nice to be able to leave at 11am, at least. If you don't have a lot of stuff then that's not a problem. Nice spot for a family getaway.

Cesar was a great host as soon as we booked the unit, always communicative and helpful. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed (plus more) to make us feel right at home. The kids loved the pools and all that the property had to offer, and the rooftop was very peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

Rosalyn was an awesome host. We were there during the New Year's island-wide power outage and she had both solar panels and a generator to compensate. The amenities were great - pool, hot tub, grill, billards. We would stay again.

Charles place was BEAUTIFUL! Spacious and fit us 7 girls comfortable . Had all listed amenities . In house washer and dryer with laundry detergent was a huge help. Beds comfortable and water pressure in shower is strong . Stayed here for with a bachelorette group and it was so pretty ! Beautiful scenery worked out great for awesome pictures. The condo pool has alot of character , shallow and feels like bath water . So beautiful . Only downside to pool at condo is that it closed at 7 pm. I feel you should definitely rent a car when staying here as it is pretty isolated and no personal golf cart to use anymore . Beach is near by but everything else is pretty far . Can eat at Hyatt resort but very strict on rules to enter grounds (must have reservation , cannot have on resort or swim wear and only 2 people max) . Charles had great recommendations and good communication. I def would stay here again ! The scenery and condo itself is 10/10 !

This is a great place! Exactly like the pictures, very spacious and nicely laid out. Good WiFi and comfortable beds. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, beach towels, beach chairs and pool noodles. This place is great for families - the condo community has a small pool that is fairly shallow and shaded, as well as a small playground. It’s walking distance to a private, empty beach with very calm waters. It’s also near the Hyatt resort (10 minute walk or a short golf cart ride) where you can pay for a day pass to use their huge pool and beach. Would stay here again!

Good place to stay at! Pool is a couple feet away from apartment and beach is about 5 minute walk. Great host!

My stay here was perfect! I loved it was a gated community and Sharon was always responsive to anything I had asked. I would love to stay here again!

El lugar es cómodo, limpio y en el centro del complejo. A mis padres les encantó el lugar. A mi niño que es autista le encantó la piscina y subir al patio. El slide de la piscina solo está abierta fin de semana, así que no la pudimos usar. Nos hubiera encantado que hubiera un lugar cerca donde comer, pero los que están cerca, solo abren el fin de semana y nosotros estuvimos martes a jueves. Manejamos 20 minutos para traer cosas de comer. Pero el lugar es hermoso y tranquilo. Solo lleven una buena compra para los días que estarán allí y poder cocinar.

We had an amazing stay in this peaceful, private neighborhood. The home is spacious, and the pool was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing—especially after coming off a three-day wedding celebration. One of the highlights was the bakery just outside the gate, Panadería La Dolores—highly recommend calling ahead to order breakfast or coffee for a convenient morning treat. The location is ideal, just 10–15 minutes from El Yunque and Luquillo, making it a great home base for exploring the area. Highly recommend staying in Rio Grande!

The stay was easy from start to finish. The host was available & responsive to all communication. The smart home features were a convenient surprise. I would stay as this home again.

The place was exactly as described, very clean and welcoming. Amenities for everyone in the group. There was no getting board at this place. The outside kitchen and pool area was a huge plus. We enjoyed every bit of this house. Hosts were extremely helpful and answered within minutes when we had any questions or concerns. This will definitely be our place of choice whenever we return to Puerto Rico!!! Recommend 100%!

Great place. The house is comfortable and very easy to get used to. Rough around the edges, but super close to many beaches, fun places and good restaurants. The place where the hpise is located is not fancy, but is very peaceful. We did not want tp leave! Jose, the host was always very responsive and helpful. My husband got to meet him and felt comfortable.

Majestad came over to greet us and he was very friendly and professional. There were some minor issues that we had to address but he rectified them immediately. This home has an Amazing view. It very private with a heated pool that we were very appreciative of for our night time hanging out. Majestad's home provided us with an array of fun games that were perfect for our group. A beer pong table, mini pool table, Jumbo Zenga, Jumbo Connect Four, A air hockey table and a chess board. The home is spacious and welcoming. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. There's even a Propane bbq grill on the back patio area that even has lounge couches and a Swinging chair. Whenever I come back to Puerto Rico, this home will definitely be my 1st choice if it's available. I Highly recommend this home to a Family or Group that's traveling with 6 to 8 individuals. Not directly related Majestad, but the roads in route to the home could be intimidating for some.

Absolutely the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at! House was close to main drag for groceries, shops, restaurants, Beach, and El Yunque. Had everything that you would want in your home. Views were spectacular especially the small mountain behind house as homes and street lights lit. The hosts were quick to respond and a wealth of recommendations. We are definitely coming back!

Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the pool and the incredibly comfortable bed—it made our trip even more relaxing. Even with the unexpected island-wide power outage, the experience was still amazing. The host was outstanding—super responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond, especially when my son’s birthday ice cream cake was ruined due to the outage. She made sure he still felt special, and that meant so much to us. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. We’re giving it a solid 5 stars and would definitely stay again!

The house is beautiful and very spacious but it should have a back up plan for when there’s no running water. We experienced a complete island blackout and unfortunately we went without running water for over 24 hours causing inconvenience for bathroom and kitchen use. We didn’t have access to the laundry room for the first two days but once we were given access to the keys it was definitely a plus, very convenient. The cabinets in the kitchen can use a little bit of TLC and so does the couch. Overall the house is beautiful and very peaceful close to shops and main roads. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend for family vacations.

Had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better — it’s right by the kiosk that has everything you need, from great food and drinks to a lively atmosphere. One of the highlights for me was the pool table right next door — I love playing pool, so that was a great surprise. It’s also super close to everything in Luquillo, which made exploring the area really convenient. The host was fantastic — friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

this is a beautiful oceanfront property. there are beaches where you can layout nearby but this place is oceanfront and walkable in the morning to find seaglass, shells and sand dollars.

Harry’s Apartment is very comfortable ,convenience with a nice design. The biggest and the most important was our impression from absolutely phenomenal ( “ millions $$$) view: one side -mountains and other side is ocean front - you can feel the energy of the nature! huge balcony with a very nice furniture, where we all did yoga and stretching! And direct access to the 🏝️ beach . Big extended sleeping sofa was perfect for our teenage son . Well equipped Kitchen + great espresso machine!

Had a great stay here and would love to come back someday. Beautiful rooftop view. We also really enjoyed the lush tropical forest from the terrace. Super easy access to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Mary was responsive and a joy to work with. Only suggestions would be a few additions to the kitchen: larger coffee maker, a whisk, and cocktail shaker 🙂

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

We loved Ben’s condo. The view was amazing and it included all of the amenities that we needed for the beach. The washer and dryer in the unit were critical. We went on many excursions and needed to wash our clothes. The unit is on the 19th floor but we never waited more than a few minutes for the elevator. The second elevator was being updated. Construction was being done on the unit above but it mostly was done during the day while we’re out.
