We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. The Hemlock House is a newly restored 1920's era home nestled on 3 wooded acres just outside of town with no houses within 500 ft in any direction. It is conveintly located just 1.5 miles south of I-64 at exit 11. 3.5 miles from downtown Huntington. Great stop for travelers, sporting events, groups, Marshall football, soccer, track, Hospital, or events. Private and level parking for two at the house and large rv/trailer parking at the entrance. Private, safe, no neighbors, and clean.

Nice little getaway. Most roads are ATV friendly. Close to 4 Hatfield and McCoy Off Road trails. Close to State Park, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and much more. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly. Newly remodeled. Heat and A/C. Covered porches. Grill and firepit. Perfect getaway or daily rental. Neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful. Don't miss out! Close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Delivery is available if you don't feel like driving.
