From respect for the convenience of those who stay, pets are not allowed and smoking in the room, smoking is allowed in the kitchen.

Nice house with a nice balcony to the beach. Sunrises are fantastic. The place is very spatious, the furniture is new. Each of the three bedrooms have its own bathroom/toilet. There is all the amenities one might need at a house, so as soon as we arrived we felt home. Darius is a great guest, welcomed us at the check in at a rather late hour, and dropped us off at the train station when we could not get an uber ride. Overall, very satisfied with the stay!

The dining area features a spacious wooden table surrounded by a mix of wooden and woven chairs. A green sofa and accent chair are set against a wall with exposed brick and a large clock, adding a touch of warmth to the industrial design.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was great, and it was perfect for a friends' trip. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with — great vibes all around. Highly recommend !

We stayed for 2 nights and all was perfect. The only suggestion I would have is that the apartment gets a lot of direct light and there is only 1 AC unit in the kitchen. During summer I imagine that you would need to sleep with the doors open and leave the doors open during the day in order to cool the bedrooms down. We stayed there in April and I could tell that in will get very hot during summer.

A spacious sleeping area features a wooden bed with soft, layered bedding. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, illuminating the room. A small table and chair are positioned near a kitchenette, providing a functional space for relaxation and dining.

The location is super good, the balcony brilliant and the studio perfect for a walk to the sea, equipped with everything you could need. The access is quite easy and a super responsive host. Highly recommend!
