Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. High-speed internet makes this a great working location as well with raise/lower desk and 2nd monitor.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Close to downtown Bel Air as well as 95! Fully appointed space that is dog friendly w a fenced yard! Stocked kitchenette, private bedroom and designated work space w wifi. Wifi & wifi speaker, smoke detectors, Co2 detectors, electric fireplace. Although the kitchenette doesn’t have a sink/water there is a Deer Park water cooler with hot & cold water, and supplies under bathroom sink to use for dish washing.

Local dining, shopping, parks, and golf course, tennis court at the school. No smoking , vaping or pot allowed inside or outside.
