The Stables

The original stable to historic 160 year old Telegraph House has been renovated to a self contained one bedroom guesthouse with new en-suite , living area and well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cooktop and coffee machine. The living area has a wood burner fireplace, table and chairs, sofa, television, internet (NBN) and French doors opening onto verandah. The property has a secure yard and stall for a horse - $20 per night - and plenty of secure off street parking for a rig.

Wow if you want beautiful, spectacular and peaceful then this is the place. It's amazing and the views are better than the photos. My husband and I loved it so much we didn't want to leave. The interaction with the native wildlife was wonderful. The lodge is very clean and accomodating and has everything that you would need. Susanne and Dave were great hosts and always providing responses really quickly. I can't wait to go back and enjoy a little piece of heaven again.

Absolutely private farm stay. The place was quite peaceful and Sonia’s instructions were spot on with the locations as well as the animals. The kids had a great time feeding the horses with carrots and watching them wander in the farm. Highly recommended for someone who wants to stay away and isolated and love nature.

The living room features a fireplace framed by white brick, accompanied by a television on a wooden stand. A comfortable sofa is arranged with a decorative pillow, and two lounge chairs provide additional seating. Indoor plants and floral arrangements add a touch of greenery.
