Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

There's a gas grill on the terrace. 1 bedroom with BRAND NEW double bed (160 cm wide) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on a ship's bunk. Remember to bring a fishing rod for fishing in the fjord. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

Huset er med opvaskemaskine, induktionskomfur og mikroovn. Der er 55” tv med chromcast og trådløst højhastigheds netværk. Prisen er incl forbrug, sengetøj, håndklæder, sæbe, viskestykke og karklud. Stor hyggelig frugt have med æbler, blommer, pære, kirsebær som man er meget velkommen til at spise at.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
