This was our second stay at this incredible location and once again we were blown away by the level of comfort and hospitality provided by the hosts. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this beautifully decorated and immaculately clean space. Overall, we had another fantastic stay and will definitely return here if possible. We can't recommend this place highly enough - it's truly a gem!

The stay at the Villa was great. The Villa is very big and can host three or four families. There is a private lake near the villa and a huge space for taking walks, going fishing and other stuff. Kids will love this place. Thanks you teddy, we had a great time!

Great place, beautiful location, great villa. You can only see that some guests can't take care of such nice villas. You can see traces of previous guests who couldn't seem to refrain from making clutter and destroying equipment. Ms. Ela is certainly working hard to do her own the repairs to all the damage left by the previous tenants. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend a place where you can relax, swim, walk, and feel rich for very little money.

Beautiful cottage in nice surroundings, perfectly laid out for family socialising around the fire and within earshot of the kitchen. The hidden games room had plenty of entertainment to occupy ourselves with in the evenings.

Such a cozy wooden house located close to sea. Thanks to this house our stay here has became something more special. No regrets.

This old mansion with a long history is located in a quiet, rural area and is ideal for larger groups who still want to sit together comfortably in the evening. The hostess was very friendly, always helpful and even gave us a tour of the rooms not for rent on the last evening, with lots of interesting information and stories. In summer, it is certainly wonderful to end the day in the associated "park". At colder temperatures, it makes sense to have warmer clothing, because it could be a little cool in the rooms. We can definitely recommend the place.

We had a fantastic time in this lovely home in Sasino, right next to Sasino Palace and Stilo Lighthouse. The house is perfectly located, close to the bike path leading to the sea. Inside, you'll find everything you need to relax and unwind. We were awakened by the quiet, peaceful morning singing of the birds, which really brought to a blissful mood. Plus, everything was super clean and the space was comfortably arranged. I would definitely recommend this place!

With the Willa Warminska you get an extravagant accommodation where you probably get an almost optimal value for money. Indoor pool, sauna, billiards and a supportive house lady are not all things else you don't have in the private household for a long time. So you can get away from it all and fully enjoy the "rich" life. The only small negative points are that the host lives in the villa despite other information and you have to pay extra for some services, such as the use of sound and lighting technology. But especially against the former speaks that you have a very nice , reserved and understanding host who almost doesn't notice you. I highly recommend the Willa and we would definitely come back

A really great place to relax. We were surprised from the very arrival with a large well-maintained garden, a large patio, the quality of the interior finish. In this case, the photos didn't show how fun it looks-it's usually the opposite. The aquarium island (to be honest, a few of us were expecting a realistic mural) as opposed to a TV in the living room area with a kitchenette, it was real and looked great at night. You can even see it from the patio through the glazing. For outdoor leisure fans, a large TV located in a separate media room that can be easily connected to a netflix console and comfortably use up to 8 people. Large bathrooms in all bedrooms were a big bonus for us to comfort. A refrigerator for collecting outbound supplies is really big, which is rare in my experience, even in cottages for more people. A compact kitchen but comfortable - lots of appliances, dinnerware, and high-quality appliances - we've easily cooked meals for the whole group a few times. Not far from the cottage is a clean / sandy entrance to the water with two kayaks, a jetty. A lake with a very picturesque coastline that's worth sailing. The water is clean and welcoming. It is worth visiting from the water or the shore a very picturesque village next to - Majdy - with an island where small cottages are built, which, combined with vegetation in good weather, create a very atmospheric nook. You could write a lot, but it's best to visit - I highly recommend it. Contact is seamless and quick.

This was the perfect Heaven for our family vacation, the place is beautiful, green full of nature, everything is made with love and attention. The area around has beautiful woods and lakes, fresh and clean air and nothing but the serenity of the woods and the water around. Pavel was very nice and very helpful. We highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

I had a special weekend there, definitely to repeat. There were issues, but I hope this comment will fix everything. An unscrewed faucet on the first floor, the board fell off the backrest in the sauna, the sauna didn't work (we had access to a large one - another), the drainage in the shower in the cottage was too slow to collect water. That didn't bother us, so just letting you know and recommend

A really nice place. If you want to have your peace and need a break from the "big city noise", this area and the accommodation is perfect. The money was definitely worth it.

We had an amazing stay at the manor house! This place is perfect for a getaway with friends. The manor house is beautifully located, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which provided us with full relaxation. The hosts were extremely welcoming and took care of every detail to make us feel comfortable. The biggest attractions were definitely banya, sauna, and pool. We spent many hours relaxing in the sauna and banya, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day. The pool was also great – the water was clean and the surroundings very well-maintained. The manor is very spacious and the interiors are stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook meals together. All rooms were clean and comfortable, with great views of the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a special place to rest and play with friends. We will definitely be back in the future!

The house is very quiet and secluded in the countryside. Ideal for privacy! A car is an advantage. The garden is great, with a pool and barbecue. We absolutely enjoyed our time there! Clear recommendation!

We rented this house with friends to spend a weekend, relax and unwind - a quiet neighborhood but with a large group of young people who came to play with music, a neighbor calls the police even in the morning or evening before 10pm. The location itself met our expectations for this place, and the owner and you who take care of the house were very kind and helpful :)

It's a shame you can only give five stars because the place and the Host deserves 10 ! Wonderful, warm home with everything you need! You can sunbathe in a beautiful garden, on the beach by the lake, lie on a swing, have breakfast on a beautiful gazebo, listen to birds sing, walk, bike, kayak, or boat. Wonderful place! The lake nearby is very quiet which is an additional advantage of this place. Anna is right next door but respects and cares about her guests! We were gifted with tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, fresh eggs and fruits from her backyard! If someone wants to recharge their batteries and get away from the city, there's nothing to think about. Thank you on behalf of myself and my family. This vacation will be forever in our memory! Also, Anna has gifted my family with presents for my children and the rest of us! Thank you so much!!
