The cottage is perfect for couples who enjoy being outdoors, watch the sun rise, fish off the rocks, and splash in the colorful sea. Just 20 km from Loutraki, it is suitable for daily excursions to historic sites in the Peloponnese.

Beachfront studio

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, 1 hour from Athens, 1 hour 30 minutes from Delphi and 1/2 of the island of Evia in the Gulf of Skroponeria. Located 50 m from the sea, possibility of paddleboarding and kayaking (and jet skiing for an additional fee). Come and fish for mussels and sea urchins in the gulf or with a bit of luck you can see seals and dolphins. The studio is attached to our house while keeping your independence.
