Near Da-tong night market. 1 minute walk to a bus stop (Line 6) and a T-Bike stop. A 5-10 walk to National Cheng Kong University. There are convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. This newly renovated industrial-styled hostel is the perfect choice for families, and can house up to seven guests. The first floor of our bnb is the lounging area, which offers a coffee machine, a microwave, a mini-oven, and a water dispencer.

The room features two queen beds against a softly lit wall. A spacious seating area includes a light-colored sectional sofa and a circular table. Natural light enters through a window with shades, complemented by a large mirror reflecting the room.

坐落在東區住宅區裡的透天房屋，雖然離熱鬧的中西區、國華街稍有距離(騎車15分鐘)，但相對來說卻是鬧中取靜，體驗台南local生活的好地方。這是一間出租套房中的1F 房間，因建築中的其他房間有長期住戶，有時難免有進出聲，對聲音極其敏感者建議另尋適合的住宿~ 同樣也希望入住旅人們相互體諒，入夜後請放低音量! * 價格有分1、2位，預訂時請選好正確的人數。 * 我們有提供乾淨的毛巾、浴巾、洗髮精、沐浴乳，牙刷牙膏需自備。 * 房內有一台洗烘合一的洗衣機，不怕出門回家衣服臭摸摸~ * 房門外有RO 飲水機，歡迎用杯杯裝水，減少塑膠垃圾。 * 房源對面的公園旁有機車、汽車停車格，汽車收費一小時$20，晚上十點至隔日早上八點不收費。 * 距離房源200公尺亦有自助收費停車場，$50/小時（半小時計）、24小時最高$120。 * 清潔工作進行於入住前及退房後，連日住宿無提供住宿期間的打掃服務。

台南仁德區包棟民宿

本房不論幾位入住，都是包棟的形式，如果是兩位入住只會開放2樓一間房間，依照人數開放房間，4位則是開放1+2樓，若是第5位入住則是加2樓房間的地舖床，床型如照片，第6位入住時則直接開放3樓房間，2樓房間不會加床。盥洗浴室在二樓的房間內，一樓有一間公用廁所，三樓沒有廁所，麻煩大家先確認清楚呦。每次都是開放一組客人入住，房東也不會同時在屋內，有任何問題也都可以聊聊。房源有提供車庫，但是對面鄰居的車若是停在門口時會較不好停，請用倒車入庫的方式停您的愛車會容易許多，若是擔心不好停或是住宿超出一輛車，附近也都有許多白線可以路邊停車。為了維護房屋品質，本房全面禁止吸煙，麻煩務必配合謝謝！！若遭房東發現糾舉，房東有權收取清理費2000元，並終止住宿！附近有南紡夢時代、吳寶春麵包、丹丹漢堡、奇美博物館，開車皆在15分鐘內可抵達可ㄌㄞ、驚喜: ninitang0425
