Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

It is perfect for two people with all the amenities they need. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower, bath towels, and beach towels.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 5 minutes from the airport, this 82 m2 villa appartement with its separate studio and its own kitchenette is an ideal get away. Located at the center of the island and 5-10 minutes from the nearest beaches and tourist sites. Please note That due to the stairs and patios on different levels, the place is not adapted for small children, people with reduced mobility or that are disabled. No wifi available.

Susana was a wonderful, friendly and always helpful host. The house is simply wonderful, very well maintained in terms of space, and has all the necessary accessories to live in it, including umbrellas, sun loungers and a refrigerator for life on the beach.

A wood-burning stove is set within a rustic stone fireplace, featuring dark, textured stones. The stove's glass door allows for a view of the fire within, while a broom hangs decoratively beside it. A few pieces of wood are positioned on the stone hearth.

*Simply wonderful.* Our stay at this place was an unforgettable experience. From the first moment we felt right at home, even though we were far from our own. The decoration is exquisite, cared for with impeccable taste and full of details that make each corner have a special charm. Every aspect was designed for the guest's comfort: from beach towels embroidered with the house's name, to a fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary tools. The hosts were a real love: attentive, generous and always willing to help. Upon our arrival, they were waiting for us with food, water and fresh fruits, a gesture that we greatly appreciated. We had such a good time that we were sorry to leave. Definitely a place we hope to go back to. Thank you for creating such a cozy and special space

The Villa is very spacious and is great for larger families/groups, the living area Is ideal and the outside pool area perfect for those sunny days by the pool.Only a couple of minutes drive from the coast and shops. Check out the bar in the village its brill.

Beautiful villa where everything is done to make you feel good. Huge living rooms,large bedrooms, all kitchen and garden amenities provided. Lots of little details of hospitality and decor that show that Alberto thinks of everything. The rooms are very comfortable. The giant tv space for a movie night is great too. An indoor space with sui plants gives even more personality to the villa. Recommended 💯
