Monthly Rentals in Guimbal

Very clean and nice place to stay with your family and friends. If you are from outside Iloilo, much better to rent a car to save money.

The place was okay clean, cozy, and all the details were accurate. We encountered a brownout during our stay, and the downside was that they didn’t have a backup generator. Also, the caretaker was a bit off not very approachable when it came to assisting us. But overall, the experience was great.

Paul is very resposnsive to all our questions and even have a lot of suggestions. if you are looking for a private place to get along with the nature and wake up with wonderful mornings of sea view, this is a place to go. A place to remember and make memories with friends and family. Thanks Paul as well as Grace, Johnny and Gloria. We had a wonderful stay at your place.

Definitely a good place to stay. The location is perfect since it’s near malls and convenience stores. Parking maybe hassle especially at night so it’s better to park early to secure a space outside. The room is also super nice, the appliances you will need are available. Kudos to the Internet Speed as well, I was able to work smoothly considering I need a high speed connection for my work.
