Hotelier here! Allow me to leave an honest review from our recent stay. Our experience was relaxing, especially since we were on leave from our usual work. However, since it was month-end, we still had to work on some side hustle reports. The room was spacious and well-equipped—they provided towels, tissues, liquid soap, a gallon of water, a refrigerator, an electric fan, a separate window-type air conditioner, Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix, a walk-in shower, a toilet with a bidet, and a dining table (they have utensils, rice cooker, electric stove, etc.). Generally, I will choose to stay here again than to stay in a hotel. Looking forward to more business with you. Sa uulitin and maraming salamat!

Great place to stay! Loved the Iloilo river view and close to the river esplanade and Molo Church. The host is easy to communicate with.

Booked the entire week for my Iloilo trip. Place is at the city - very accessible to a lot of areas. Please is neat and tidy. It is big, more than enough for two people. House has a complete kitchen, good internet, a balcony. a washer where you can wash your clothes too which is good for when you want to pack light. There are two bathrooms - one in sala and one in the room. Heater is available on both bathrooms. TV where you can watch yt, netflix, prime, etc. Overall it was a great stay! will definitely book again as I go to iloilo yearly.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The unit was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distance to esplanade. Communication was seamless! Mary was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. Overall a wonderful place, we would recommend it to anyone.

The place was fresh and clean when we got there. Pretty close to ICC where we attended an event. The place is nice and cozy.

We had a wonderful stay! This place was SUCH a vibe! Perfect spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet in Iloilo. Bonus points—it’s super close to SM Iloilo (yes, you can totally walk there 👟). The place was clean AF, the host was very responsive and accommodating, and they’ve got all the amenities you need. Oh, and the best part? The host left Butterscotch as a treat 🥹. It legit felt like a home away from home. 10/10 would stay again! 🌟

Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

The amenities, especially the pool, were fantastic. The host’s responsiveness made everything so easy, and the area was clean and well-maintained. Just wanted to thank you for an amazing stay! We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back soon!

The host was fantastic. Fast responses and flexible. I needed to extend my stay. He was only able to accommodate 1 day but went the extra mile to find a 2nd location for the additional days required. Service above and beyond expectations. Love the in home mini store. He has basic items for sale at reasonable prices. Locationis fantastic. Close to mall, restaurants and attractions. Everything was exactly as described in the information provided. I requested an early check-in, and they were incredibly accommodating, charging only 300 pesos for the early arrival – which was very reasonable. My only concern was the overpowering scent in the room. While I appreciate the effort to make the space smell fresh, the strong smell of cleaning products or cologne was a bit overwhelming at times. That being said, the room itself was perfect. The amenities were much appreciated, and the room was lovely overall. The lady who collected the payment was also incredibly kind and made the process smooth and welcoming. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Louee's place. The place is really comfortable and has a good scenery. The host and staff were super friendly. The place is near malls so it has good access to any restaurants or groceries if you need one.

Very much recommended. We even extended our stay.

I had a great stay! What I saw in the pictures matched exactly what I experienced in person. The place was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you'd expect in a normal home — from utensils to appliances. The interior design created a relaxing and cozy ambiance, making it easy to unwind. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

Lett is so friendly and helpful. Cris is a superstar and helped us tremendously, very kind and organized. The condo is close to esplanade, festive walk, SM, everything. These guys make sure everything is available inside the unit. it's clean, lots of kitchen equipment, even food and snacks. The bed is comfortable, the aircon works perfectly, access to the roof deck to dry clothes, or you can even use the laundry service in the condos. 7/11 convenience store just a very short walk across the parking lot. everything, I mean everything is here. Big jug of filtered water ready for your use inside. Cris does a fantastic job keeping the unit maintained and working well. these guys are superstars. don't hesitate to book with them. This is the place folks. book it if you find it available!! You will not be disappointed 😉
